What made my experience great was how professional, supportive, and amazing Tracy was throughout the programme. I remember the time I was confused on how to go about one of my modules, I phoned Tracy and she took her time to explain things clearly, and created a comfortable environment where I felt respected and understood. Her positive attitude and patience made the experience much less stressful and more encouraging.

I recently completed my SVQ3 with sharptraining.org.uk⁠ and my experience was very positive.
The training was well structured, and relevant to my role in health and social care. My assessor was Julie Weir, she was very supportive, provided helpful feedback, and guided me throughout the process.
I especially valued the opportunity to reflect on my practice, build confidence in areas such as person-centred care, safeguarding, and medication support, and gather real workplace evidence.
Communication from Julie Weir was professional and timely, and the process ran smoothly from start to finish. Completing my SVQ3 has strengthened my skills and increased my confidence in my role.
