Sharp training has been the best thing that has happened to me this year, you cannot get it better elsewhere, I was referred by a friend to do my SVQ3 with them and so far they have met and exceeded my expectations, the professionalism, the prompt response, the warmth and constructive feedback throughout this journey has been nothing short of amazing, to cap it all my assessor Tracy made this journey very easy for me , she practically held my hands and matched up my speed. I had a great experience taking my course with Tracy, the induction was memorable, overall,Tracy my tutor was polite, dutiful and responsive,she encourages and politely correct your coursework within making you feel low,at some point I struggled to get along, I asked same question repeatedly but she didn't make me me feel worse for my slow pace at some point.

I have just completed my SVQ4 in Leadership & Management and would recommend Sharp training to anyone thinking of workplace qualifications. Tracey and Nicky came up to Aberdeen to meet with me and explain the process in detail, before we started. They immediately put me at ease with their great sense of humour and strong value base. Nicky has been my assessor and she has been so supportive and patient. I wish I had done this yonks ago, because I have learned things about myself as well as my role.

I would recommend this institute a million times because of its professionalism and approach to impacting knowledge to students. Tracy responds timely all times and she is good at her craft. Nicky was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Always there anytime of the day if I needed her, and so easy to talk to if I needed anything. I couldn’t have asked for more in Nicky as my assessor. Deserves more than 5 stars that’s for sure!
