Needed a hitch for my Envista. Part was perfect for my car. Received it quickly and installation was quick. (We did have licensed mechanic install for quality purposes, but he said it was easy).

Everything came on time and the representative I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable on the product which ensured I got the right product for my truck. The box when delivered was fairly beat-up and the bag with all the screws and washers in it was busted open, but everything was there and in good shape.

Customer service was excellent. They answered any questions I had quickly with well detailed information. The product came extremely fast for the free shipping option, with no damage and packed nicely. Will be using them again I the future.

To whom it may concern,
I received my order on 12 Feb and opened the box today to install the bed cover. I was surprised to see the parts bags were all opened and found that I am missing parts D and E, so I couldn’t even perform step 1 of the install of the TruXport bed cover. The instructions were ripped and cover in oil, so it appears you gave me a returned product from another customer and did not perform a proper QA of the product. Interesting that this happened during the COVID pandemic and this passed your QA as well. I have photos if you would like to see them. The package was clearly not tampered with and was packed with packing tape. I would like someone to contact me so I can receive instructions to ship the product back or how I’m going to receive the missing parts please. -Mike B
