Efficient renewal process at a competitive price for a non standard construction. Policy coverage generally more comprehensive than other policies in the marketplace. Easy renewal process

Sharrocks left our business exposed with a poorly suited policy and unprofessional service.

Despite clearly outlining our business setup, we were sold a policy that required advanced security systems we were never told about — leaving us at serious risk. Communication was poor throughout, with defensive and dismissive responses, especially from Alan.

We’ve since moved to Superscript, who handled everything clearly and professionally. No excessive requirements, no drama — just straight-up good service.

In my opinion, Sharrocks gave us a policy that didn’t reflect the needs of our business and failed to communicate critical information. That’s not acceptable at this level.

👉 One word of advice to others: Always upload your policy documents to AI tools to spot missing clauses or critical issues. It could save you a lot of money and stress — we learned that the hard way.

If you run a serious business, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great service and an affordable price

Maddie specifically was great. She contacted me and apologised for a mid term change to the policy at time of signup. Slightly annoyed that the cover is no longer as good but cannot fault Maddie. Also got a good price on my policy.
