I was scammed by this company. They took my payment, never shipped anything, and told me the items were out of stock with a promise to refund. It’s been 60 days, and no refund has been issued.

Terrible products horrible customer service. I ordered from them, the jackets that arrived were the wrong sizes and NOTHING like what they sold me so I sent them back for a refund. They refused my package in China and sent it back to me again. PayPal has been zero help because of the timelines Shedig drags things out to. They have promised refunds multiple times and still nothing. Terrible group. Total scam

If I could go no minus stars I would! What a rip off company. The sizing chart was totally wrong, product received was completely unusable and poor quality. I was promised a credit over 6 months ago and still waiting. Every time I email this company am told the same thing - "will follow-up with finance and promise my credit will come soon" Same thing over and over again. Promises but no $. Buyer beware this company is a scam.

ive ordered two expensive items from shedig online over a year ago and they still have not sent it to me! I did go to the local post office and they said they sent it back to shedig!! ive sent numerous enquiries but they ey reply with a tracking code that has no link!Theres no way i can track the order with the tracking code they sent me, how am i supposed to know where it is!????????
fact is i paid alot of money already a year ago and the order is missing!!!!!!!! im going to report SheDig 's incompetence and dodgy sales on every platform. i cant find out where my order is!!!!! this is fraud

Don't every shop here. I received an item in January, returned it to them the very next day, mailed airmail to China. Today, May 13th I received the package back with a stamp on it that said "Overdue Return" package was unopened. Unbelievable. Complete scam and fraudulent. Item was awful, very poor quality and nothing like the picture, hence my return.

Dont ever buy anything on this site as this is a total scam ordered since February until now never receive!

Complete scam. Ordered an item and never arrived. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 20 days or more for a refund. Now more than 20 days has gone by and still no refund. please do not shop here.

The worst experience
I bought a jumpsuit 2 months ago and I still haven’t received it. I asked for my money back. They claim that they have sent my order but I haven’t received it. It’s either a scam website or bunch of thieves.
Don’t ever buy anything from them. Horrible experience

SHEDIG PRODUCTS ARE LOW QUALITY KNOCKOFFS OF WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. I ordered three items, received two of the three as of 5 months. Two are suppose to be Embroidered, and turn out to be unembroidered Polyester. These reviews need to pop up when ordering from this "Company".
I paid for my three-item ordering Nov 1, 2018. After following up several times with the "company" I received two of the three items. The two items had to be a prank, since they look nothing like, or are nothing like the materials advertised. I contacted PAYPAL about this terrible transaction and their response was to ask, did I contact the company. Yes, I contacted them. First they didn't respond, I then opened up a dispute with PAYPAL, and they both stalled me by asking for photos of the unsatisfying, low quality items. I supplied both entities with the information. In late February my claim with PAYPAL was closed in favor of SHEDIG.They found no wrong-doing, Even though I still had not received satisfaction with the items ordered, no had I received the complete order itself. I then filed an Appeal with PAYPAL, they changed direction and said I was due a refund, if I mailed the merchandise to an address in China. I received the items from Chino, California. To mail them to the Overseas address would cost almost $50, or just under half of my refund. I contacted PAYPAL, and while one customer service person was looking at returning it domestically, I got an email from PAYPAL that the case is closed, And, that my only recourse is to contact the company for items I didn't receive, or any refund.

The process is Broken. You pay, they send you Clown Clothes, falsely advertised, you want to return them, they ignored you, the dispute resolution process gives you the run-around, until the clock runs out. Mean time, you are not getting the time back that you spent on this Nonsense. This "company" should be raided and shut down for fraud!! I will still work on receiving what I paid for, or, preferably a full Refund.

I will post the followup results of this "Adventure".

product doesn´t look like the same as on photos! for that price it´s just a crap! I want to return the money and I had to be arguying about it, they offered sale coupon but you don´t want any more product from them. I was arguying to that point they sent me address where I shopped the product back and keep arguing, threathing them with layers to get my money back. It was just waiste of my time. Finally after 4 months I have refund. Shopping there never again! They should think about themselves if they want to target west countries...

They don’t even deserve a 1 star! I have been trying to get a refund for the past month and keep getting told it’s being dealt with as a matter of urgency!! Every single email is the same and no refund has been received! Avoid this company like the plague!!

Terrible. I can't stress strongly enough that no one should order anything from this company. Not only was the product I ordered very late, it wasn't even close to the description. When I contacted the company about returning the item, I was told I had to pay for the shipping on both ends. Two months later, no refund. They lied and lied about when the refund would be credited. The only good thing I can say is: they're very polite with their lies.

Waited for 3 months , and received a f..**g sh**t. Witch dont even looks like the coat witch was ordered !

Do not order from Shedig. It's a scam. I ordered 4 items and they never sent anything. Then they tried to trick PayPal saying I received the whole order when in fact they had only sent one item.

I live in New Zealand, my order for three items went in early November 2018, I received one article in January, have yet to receive the other two despite constant communication to them of whereabouts. The sizing is shocking a XXL is a size 10?! I think the standard response I received on each communication was my order was on its way, I ask to where doesn't take that long to travel to NZ.
Never again don't trust them.

I never received what I ordered....beginning of December. I know the cost was low but 50 dollars buys a lot of groceries. Not sure who these folks are but I wouldn’t order again. I’m writing this one off to experience and telling my friends to avoid buying from them. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact! Too bad, the jacket was cute but I didn’t just want to look at it on line I WANTED TO WEAR IT.

Do NOT order from this place. It is a SCAM.
They will take your money and send you the wrong size, color and order.
Their customer service is terrible.
I will never order from social media.

I wish I had read reviews before I submitted an order. This is a familiar story, waited months for a delivery, received one of the two items ordered and when I inquired after the second item I was told my order had been filled. I can just about predict how this is going to play out and it is unlikely to end in a timely refund or delivery of the missing item.

Is this a scam? Yes 100%. Do I feel stupid for ordering off a Facebook ad? Yes, 100%. Am I going to broadcast my dissatisfaction on all available social media outlets to prevent others being caught by this disreputable supplier? Yes, 100%
