Same story as others. Total scam. Orders do not come or are so shoddy that they are unwearable. No returns. No money back. I am embarrassed that I was fooled by this website.

I placed an order, a few time later I notice no shipping was done and I had no communication from the seller.
After a lot of useless emails I ended up with three tracking numbers (instead of one, I only made 1 order), all of them appear in "Air transit" and nobody tells me anything about the stuff... By the way, I placed the order on november 23rd.

I've tried to reach customer support but it's awful! All I've got is a bunch of robotic responses saying pretty much the same thing but not answering my questions.

Not all the Chinese businesses are bad, but this one is definitely horrible. Don't ever buy anything from them and prevent others from doing it... You would loose your money and a lot of energy.

Bang your head against the wall if you are even thinking of ordering from this company or any other fashion company that ships from China. They promise express shipping of 15-28 days and after 2 months item still is not there. In my case they said that the order was never picked up so it was sent back????? Still waiting for a refund which I know will never come. If I could give them no stars I would. Do not order from them and tell your friends !

This company has the poorest quality clothing and their customer service is horrible.

They accept orders and payment for clothing that hasn’t been manufactured.

I ordered two sweaters, received one and asked how to return it because the quality was so poor. I was told it would cost me too much money to return it and they had no return method.

I then asked about the second seater because it had been nearly 6 weeks since I placed my order and I was told it had not yet been manufactured and would take weeks to deliver. So I requested a refund.

That was about 5-6 weeks ago and every time I reach out to customer service, I get a robotic response. The response asks me to please be patient because they are having issues with their finance department.

This is a very shady company and I wouldn’t risk buying their clothing and being dissatisfied and not being able to return the item or get your money back.

One more thing an XL is more like a small so beware when choosing a size.

This place is a scam, took my money never mailed me my stuff said it was out of stock and would send me a refund 60 days ago and still have not received.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I ordered a jacket that was described as "embroidery" pattern. The jacket came with the ugliest print on a shiny polyester. The only possible thing you could use it for is a 70's costume! I wrote to them, they asked for a picture of it - then offered to give me a coupon for $15.00. SERIOUSLY? Why would I ever order anything else from them? They said I could return it, but I have to pay return AND the "China Tariff" an amount which they can't give me......................

I'm just wondering how two 1 star reviews equates to 3 stars....?

SheDig is a scam, and there is nothing else to be said. Trustpilot, please do not work with the companies and skew the ratings. It is not fair to anyone.
