Marketing Assistant Reece Jones listened carefully to my needs, and in the wood versus metal discussion gently extracted the self assembly limitations I could offer. He then selected a particular wood model and explained why it would meet all of my needs and could be assembled on site by one of their teams.

The website made choosing the right products very easy and when the outdoor furniture covers arrived they were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't send the right number of bench covers but I spoke to Ben and he resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Great service!

I ordered a mini fridge as a xmas present to be told they had already bought one so I requested the order to be cancelled

Delivery was made without prior notice/contacting me. I wasn't in so just left by the road. My wife who had Just returned home was given short shift by the driver.
I wasn't aware during the purchase procedure that I would be left with a pallet and frame work to dispose of, which is now a problem.
The product itself was OK, but then it's a simple log store.

Great company actually ordered wrong size but top bloke James the sales manager raised a return and it was picked up in a week great customer service will reorder the correct size in the spring

Excellent response from Ben, I messed up my order when the wrong delivery address auto-filled and Ben sorted it out immediately. Even though no phone contact number the response by email was much better and quicker than I expected. Looking forward to getting my cover!

This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. The shed arrived in an appalling condition, and the company keeps trying to dismiss the issues as “outside the T&Cs.”

For the record: UK consumer rights don’t allow companies to hide behind their own T&Cs when a product is faulty or not as described. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is very clear on this.

The shed we received was absolutely not of satisfactory quality. The cladding was so badly fitted that none of the panels aligned. All the apex sections were different heights, meaning we had to rebuild them ourselves just to get a level roof. Even the cladding above the doors was the wrong type and didn’t fit at all. This is not a minor issue — it’s a total failure of basic quality control.

For a shed costing over £900, this level of workmanship is disgraceful. We were forced to carry out extensive repairs just to make it usable. Because of this, a replacement is not a reasonable option — the shed is already erected after hours of rectifying faults that should never have existed in the first place.
And this wasn’t the only problem. We were originally sent the wrong door type, no instructions, and no bolt they offered us £50 compensation for the inconvenience of this but little did we know that when it came to building the shed we would experience the further problems which do not justify the compensation given. After all of those mistakes, to then be told the quality issues are somehow “not covered” is insulting and completely contrary to consumer law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. This shed was none of those things.

The product quality is poor, the customer service is dismissive, and the refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this company altogether.

I bought a 10x8 Forest Green overlap shed and base online, which came to just under £1k. The shed was delivered promptly. Paid for someone local to erect it. The shed was really flimsy and the guy had to buy/fit more battening to give it some rigidity. The overlap panels were really thin and probably 30% of them had knots in them which, within 3 weeks, developed into splits. The overlap panels warped in places and generally the shed was not fit for purpose. I contacted shed.co.uk, who in turn contacted Forest Green, only to be told that the 25yr guarantee that was advertised on the website, which naively I thought would cover these kinds of defects, ONLY covered the shed for rot! Sheds.co.uk said it was perfectly normal for the shed to move/split/warp/crack and suggested I fill them with wood filler. The shed was only 3 weeks old!
After several unhelpful emails I got nowhere and had to spend more money repairing and reinforcing the shed. Really disappointed with the whole service and lack of accountability

I recently ordered a shed from Sheds.co.uk and the order process was very straightforward. Delivery was very prompt and communication excellence delivery time etc. Unfortunately I had to return the shed as it was not suitable and this was handled extremely well by Wendy who was very helpful. All in all great service from start to finish
