Perfect 8 day visit to Ireland.
Sheenco arranged a beautiful adventure across the country with a private car and driver for the entire trip - John Joe was fantastic. We covered about 18 counties, about 13 castles/manors/abbeys, Cliffs, sheep farm/dogs, mountains, lakes, hawks and ruins.
3 nights at Ashford Castle was definitely the highlight. 2 nights at PowersCourt was also excellent
We will be back to cover the Southern area and Ring of Kerry. Maybe this Spring.

My colleagues and I have used Sheenco for very memorable vacations. They are excellent to deal with, and even though they are in Ireland, easy to reach from North America. Their trip proposals are just beautiful, and easily convince clients to book. They can modify an itinerary endlessly, until it's absolutely perfect.

Excellent!! The most wonderful trip of my life. Everyone was treated us marvelously. My daughter and I had great fun shopping & dining. Experienced falconry, horse back riding & more than we ever dreamt. The castle tour was amazing!! Our driver of our small group was beyond fantastic. My husband & I will be returning and will for certain be using Shennco Travel when we plan our trip without question.

My husband and I experienced the majesty of Ireland in 2014. It was truly a trip of a lifetime! Genevieve made the plans for our castle tour and it was so fabulous!! Every stay was unique and beautiful and fun!
My absolute favorite thing was the hawk walk at Ashford Castle!! Never even dreamed of doing something like that! I have memories of a lifetime from that awesome trip and will be forever grateful to Genevieve for making out 14 trip the best we have ever had!!

Genevieve was absolutely lovely to work with. We took a castle-hopping tour through Ireland with my parents and another family member. Every step of the way was seamless and effortless. We also took advantage of the ability to continue our holiday after staying in various castles and availed ourselves of Sheenco's wonderful connections and assistance in finding us a guide and with bookings at different hotels along our route.

Wonderful experience. We did a 10 day escorted tour. Everything went smoothly for the most part. We booked well in advance and there was a time with a bit of a lull in communications but no actual problem. Every accommodation booked was wonderful and there were no issues with reservations. We were two families with a bus and driver. The driver was absolutely and utterly fantastic. He made the trip a memorable experience. My kids loved him and his accent both. They spent the next year saying "I tink so" and "good craic" in faux Irish accents. Ashford Castle in particular is a die and gone to heaven place. Best hotel in the world in my opinion.

I had a wonderful Castle Tour with Sheenco Travel. I wish we had had more time at some places but overall with the amount of places we saw it was fantastic. You haven't lived until you stayed at Ashford Castle. I then got a private driver for a few days down to Kerry and he was a delight. He even took me a different way than the normal drive because he was from the area. Would recommend them to others.

We had a great Ireland vacation. The arrangements were easy and well done. We tweaked the itinerary during the trip, at the suggestion of our driver. The one we had was too packed, it was a great suggestion. Our driver was very good and patient as we had my 84 year old father with us. He was great with him, and even went above and beyond helping us find our family roots. We stayed at very nice modern hotels, that made traveling with a senior easy and comfortable. The falconry at the Castle in Cong was an unexpected treat, just a great way to spend the afternoon, this was also at the suggestion of our driver.

If I had to name a remaining item on my bucket list it would be to once more tour Ireland with the folks at Sheenco. My wife and I so enjoyed our castle tour with them that it needs repeating, especially now that we know where we would spend more time. These people gain an understanding of what you are wanting . The vacation is set up for you , they do not squeeze you into a package that they happen to be selling as some agencies are prone to do.
It makes a difference . They love the country, there is lots to love, and they want you to as well. I recommend them highly

The past few times my family has had the privilege to travel overseas I have always used a travel agency in the location of travel. When we used Sheenco we were delighted. Every detail was handled for us. Every suggestion was perfect. Every castle and hotel in which we stayed were wonderful, in great locations, and made us feel as though we were not just tourists. I would never travel to Ireland without having Sheenco arrange my trip. In fact, I recommended them to my friends, who have a wonderful itinerary arranged by Sheenco coming up soon!

I took my daughters on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland with Sheenco travel and it was phenomenal. We had an experienced driver / tour guide (David Costello) all to ourselves in a comfortable mini-van. He was extremely knowledgeable and always had some alternatives up his sleeve in case of foul weather. Sheenco arranged accommodations in three different castles and my daughters are still talking about what a fairy tale vacation they had. Thank you Sheenco for helping me make a special memory with my daughters - not easy to do with teenagers!!

We had the best vacation ever!!! Shamrock Travel was great. I had a few, lol, questions and everyone there were so helpful.
We are planning to go to England and Wales in two years and I would like very much for your company to help us with the trip if you do England ans Wales.

Our trip to Ireland through Sheenco was absolutely amazing. Our luggage didn't make the connecting flight and we had heard nightmare stories about the airline getting people their lost luggage. We notified Sheenco, even though our flight arrangements were not included in the package. They told us they would do their best to be in touch with the airline and would help get our luggage to us, in the event it didn't make it to us in Dublin, since we were moving every 2 days around the country. Luckily our luggage met us at our hotel about 6 hours later and we were good to go.

Other than that, we had requested to stay in castles throughout the country. Ballyseede Castle had the restaurant that gave us our best meal of the trip, and was a great spot for us to travel the ring of Kerry. Ashford Castle is a MUST, Sheenco arranged for a carriage ride for us and also the hawk walk (a must do!) Plus we got engaged at Ashford Castle! Lough Eske Castle, was charming and had a great spa. Donegal is gorgeous and was one of our favorite towns in Ireland. Northern Ireland was a little bit of a let down, only because it didn't have the same charm as Ireland. Sheenco helped us plan a trip to the Gobbins, which was fun to see. Balleygally Castle was meh, only because there was a wedding the night we stayed and they were VERY unaccommodating in helping us find a parking spot (Their lot was full from the wedding guests and there is no nearby parking) There also was no food by the time we had arrived to the hotel, as the restaurant had closed. (8:30PM) Dunboyne Castle wrapped up our stay and we were able to cab it back into Dublin for about 30 bucks each way. Dunboyne had attentive staff and again, a great spa.

Overall SUCH a wonderful trip and we will be planning our next trip through Sheenco soon, with an extra day in each destination so we aren't always on the go go go!

July 2014 - for our first trip to Ireland, we wanted a custom trip for a party of 7. Sheenco (then Shamrock) were very accommodating as I ran a bake off between various tour providers. they won on price and then they followed by winning on service. we were able to stay 2 days at Dromoland Castle, where our driver Dave, who doubled as our tour guide and local lore master, then picked us up for a 6 day tour through Knock, Galway, back thru the Burren to the Cillfs of Moher, around thru Adare for 2 nights in Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. then it was off to Kilkenny (with a stop at Loftus Hall on the Hook) and finally back for 3 nights in Dublin. all hotels were wonderful and in the center of town where we could walk to pubs and restaurants. they were also very responsive to our needs on both ends of our trip when we did not have a driver. I would absolutely use them again for Ireland and the UK.

Our vacation was seamless. From the first time I talked to them on the phone, to the itinerary, to pick up and drop offs at the airports. The luxury cars we rode in were so lovely. Our driver Jerry was awesome and knowledgeable and took us off the beaten path as we requested. I have & will recommend Sheenco Travel for that dream trip to Ireland. I plan on coing back!!

We were a group of 4 adults that used the services of Sheenco Travel 2 years ago and they did not disappoint! We were picked up in Belfast and ended our tour in Dublin. Mark our driver was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The days were full but not overloaded and had enough down time. We stayed in a variety of accommodations. Guest houses, hotels, and a castle stay which were all lovely. Would highly recommend them for your Ireland adventure.

I found Sheenco on the wed. I was a bit leery working with them because of all negative stories you hear about the web. Anyway, I am very glad I took the chance. They are one of the best, if not the best tour group I have worked with. Everything they promised they delivered on and even more.
If you want a upstanding group to work with then I highly recommend them.

We planned our honeymoon with Sheenco travel. We chose the self-drive Castle Tour and it was absolutely amazing. The customer service was excellent and the accommodations were all great. My favorites were Waterford Castle, Ballyseede Castle and Ashford Castle. They were able to adjust the itinerary so we could spend a few extra days at Ballyseede to do a wedding blessing ceremony. I highly reccomend this company and would definitely book with them again.

We booked our Honeymoon through Sheenco Travel and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in five different places and while one wasn't completely aware of our situation and Sheenco took care of things before we were even able to get our luggage from the car. It speaks very highly of a place that can fix a problem that quickly.

I booked my vacation in Sept 2016. Loved every moment of it. The accommodations were excellent, the car was well maintained and very efficient. The crew at Sheenco Travel were so wonderful & courteous to work with. They answered all of my question timely & professionally. Their recommendations were spot on! they know how to plan a vacation!!
