I have purchased many times from Shehds. In total, I purchased more than 40 LED Beam 300W, 40 Galaxy Jet 3-in-1, 70 RGBW Moving Head with Zoom & Wash, and 20 RGB strobes. Everything works great. For some small problems, Shehds immediately sent me spare parts with instructions, and they were very easy to fix. The first lights I bought have been working for 2 years, almost every day, and no problem at all. The price for the quality is the best.

I highly recommend working with this company, and Sherwin in particular. I really appreciated how quickly my inquiries were handled, which is why I have already placed three orders. I recently purchased the SHEHDS 19x15W LED RGBW Moving Head with Zoom & Wash Stage Light, and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is solid, the light output is impressive, and the zoom and wash functions work perfectly for my setup. The fixture performs smoothly and delivers vibrant colors with great flexibility.

What impressed me even more was the customer support from SHEHDS. They responded quickly, were very helpful, and made the entire experience even better.

Most of my lighting inventory is Shehds, and I was initially hesitant, but I can confirm the products so far have been good, and great VFM. The support, whilst it’s different in approach, in the sense they’ll send you spare parts rather than accepting returns, has been fine! I’ve only had one issue, which they quickly resolved!

I ordered a 3-watt laser, which shipped to me here in the United States from the United States address. But all lasers need to be sold with their safety interlocks. The laser alone without the interlock, does not function. So of course I ordered the interlock at the same time in the same order, but they didn't have any interlocks in the United States. So I had to wait until the delivery from China arrives to use the laser. Not great. The interlock should be included with the laser, even if the bundle price is more. More importantly, they should be shipped together. Edit: As of now, they have interlocks w 10M cables in the USA. Be careful to select USA if that's where you are.

I bought 2 lasers 1 works and one doesnt trying to connect to ilda to quick show bought brand new cables and one doesnt work with ilda and emailed and never got a reply back it been a week I got want to replace the laser

During the last year I have bought 2 x 275 watt beams, 6 uplights, cases + some smaller LED mowing heads.
Orders from European warehose was delivered in 3 days, and orders via air from China is approximately 6-7 business days under way.
The last order I got was 6 battery powered uplights. Great value product, lots of light, easy to use in stand alone mode, and the wireless dmx works great as well.

I have purchased cold sparks, stage lights, moving heads, up lights all from Shehds and everything works great. I have done a few events and everything has worked to expectation. Their customer service was fast to reply to any email or messages.

I been buying from this company for years now. I have bought over 20 moving head lights from them. Their customer support is great, usually they respond at their earliest convenience. Will continue to do business in the future. Their quality is great, when you need parts they will do their best to send it as fast as they can. Give them a try!

Impeccable communication. Consistency and of course technical support where other companies fall short.

Great price. However the fan is soooo loud, so loud that I’m debating opening up the unit and swapping out the fan with a quieter one. Spend the extra $10 for a better fan choice.

So I’m a pro DJ, who is finally adding to my light set up and I put my order in for SHEDHS and I was shocked to see how fast the order started shipping almost the rain next day that things out the door which was amazing and a few things were not in stock for my order, but the customer service was incredible in sending me options and getting my order rectified and even when I didn’t respond quickly, they followed up with me to make sure that my items would get out on time and provide provided excellent customer service I would highly recommend this company and look forward to buying more.
