Great prices

I’ve used SHEIN a few times now and I’ve always had a good experience with my products. I like the app it’s so easy to use and plenty of choice . Delivery is always great and returns are quick and easy to follow. I also like the option to pay with Klarna as I found it works great for me to spread the payments . The prices are very reasonable and good quality.
I’m quite happy to recommend SHEIN I found some nice holiday clothes at reasonable prices.

Customer service is a joke they dont…

Customer service is a joke they dont listen or even read any messages.
They messed up on my order and not once even asked if there was a way to fix the problem.
Funny how they commented on review perhaps they could read messages this would not have happened. The fact that they have cheek to say that is just more annoying.

I have placed many orders and have been…

I have placed many orders and have been mostly satisfied not really had any issues until about 3 months ago when I tried to place an order which was declined and apparently my account has been frozen due to irregular activity,I have contacted shein on various occasions and just told that there is nothing they can do and can't even tell me what the issue is so I am closing my account as they do not seem interested in my custom

Delivery came late and the quality of the t shirt I bought was atrocious and the design were transfers!THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS

Your reply doesn’t warrant the time of day!I was lucky that I only spent around £10 but there must be customers who have spent a lot more and notice that they have been SCAMMED!

Not worth it.

Cheap website - multiple adverts to deal with before reaching product. Massively over promoted one or two looks with limited sizes. Would rather spend more on quality than waste money on obviously cheap trash.

The items came inside out and in a state dont think an iron would even be able ro sort it .
Reported but noone cared just return it . Pointed out that I didn't wish to get charged for them on returning them.in a state ..
But again they will look at items on my return so basically I will get charged for them .

My order no is GSO1Y2381002RSW. Ordering from shein and getting my orders used to be stress free, but not anymore. I have been receiving a SHEIN Delivery Abnormal Notification for days now and there hasnt been any attempt to call me or explain what they mean by that. Tried chatting with their customer service but all i keep getting is a duplication of the same generic email that i received( to pick up from my local courier) . I just want my orders delivered and if that is too much of a task, kindly refund me.

Financially worse off because of their error

I placed an order using SHEIN points and when the order arrived, two items were missing due to an error on their side. I was refunded £1.91 for the missing items, which was fine.

However, after the refund, SHEIN deducted 1400 points from my account. The value of these points is significantly higher than the refund I received, meaning I have been left financially worse off due to their mistake.

I raised this multiple times with customer service and even submitted a formal complaint. Despite this, I only received repeated generic responses that completely ignored my actual question — how 1400 points can be justified for a £1.91 refund.

I was never given a proper explanation, breakdown, or resolution.

This has been a very frustrating experience and shows poor customer service and complaint handling. I would not recommend using their points system if this is how issues are handled.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. I was not getting anywhere with my issues with the chat and I couldn’t get through to talk to a live person .

I received goods in a package all creased up and sleeves inside out . It was not cheap either and looked like I received the package which was returned.

When I eventually got through on telephone, they showed a don’t care attitude and couldn’t wait to get rid of me . I ordered goods to take on holiday and was disappointed that I couldn’t take it with me .

I will return the goods but the company is not good do deal with afterwards

App website doesn't work

For return the system was down, contacted agent he sent my quarcode, have sent it after i didn't see refunds, again connected to agent. No compensation credit, nothing. They don't refund your shipping fee. Temu is free shipping also they selling the same quality clothes plus temu offering credit as compensation. Shein sent me damaged dress, they don't even check properly before shipping.

Until now I didn’t get my refund and there is a lot of people like me I think court should shut this company for ever for manipulation..

You stated in the reply I have received an email !! Your response is you stated you refunded without any proof from paypal!!! I requested you to give written proof from PayPal costumer service chat as they very responsive to aske them about Refund but YOU CAN NOT DO THAT AS YOU KNOW PAYPAL RESPONSE IS THERE IS NO REFUND COME FROM YOU SO STOP MANIPULATING AND REFUND MY MONEY ALREADY SENT ALL PROOFS FROM MY BANK AND PAYPAL AND CLEARLY THEY STATED THERE IS NO REFUND COME FROM YOU ..

Even PayPal and My bank confirmed there is no refund issued!! I sent to them all proofs bank official document dated on 21/11/2025 states they were unable to get refund from shein as what makes me made a dispute is they were manipulating I returned their items and they never refund and even PayPal stated that “ I can clarify this for you, Amina.

After carefully reviewing the transaction multiple times on our system, I can confirm that no refund has been issued from PayPal’s end for the payment made to SHEIN in the amount of £98.53 GBP ($132.54 USD) on 22 July 2025 at 11:59 AM PDT.

While I understand that the merchant has shared screenshots suggesting that a refund was processed, please note that screenshots can sometimes be maniplulated, misleading or inaccurate. Based on our official payment records, this transaction remains completed and was never refunded.

I completely understand your concern and your need for clarity. However, as PayPal has not processed or received any refund for this transaction, the best next step would be to contact the merchant directly and let them know that PayPal has confirmed no refund was issued. You may also share this message with them and request a detailed explanation from their side.

If the merchant confirms that a refund was intended or processed, they would need to resend it or provide confirmation directly through PayPal so that it reflects correctly on your account “ and I sent to shein all bank statements and PayPal statements confirming they NEVER refund but they ingnored me even I asked the to get a chat with PayPal and I requested shein to give me proof from Paypal stataing they refund but they were unable to do that as they know well THEY NEVER REFUND SO THEY KNOW IF THEY CHAT WITH PAYPAL SUPPORT SO PAYPAL WILL CONFIRM THERE IS NO REFUND ISSUED WHILE THE TRANSACTION APPEARS AND REMAINS COMPLETED SO THIS IS A BIG FRAUD I HAVE EVER SEEN. Refund my money to my original payment which is PayPal NOW

Absolutely appalling customer service - scammers who don’t care about their customers

Absolutely appalling customer service, you won’t get a proper reply it’s just the same copy and pasted paragraphs repeatedly. I doubt you even get a response from a customer service agent it’s just a computer. I ordered some leggings and the print looks ridiculous where it’s been joined at the front seam, it’s not been properly sewn together with the thought of how it looks so there is just random blobs in the front which is the most important part of a clothing item when it’s so visual and central. The fabric is also very see through and that’s a common experience based on reviews so the product is cheap and nasty.
It would never have been displayed for sale in a physical shop and it should have never passed quality control and been sent out to a customer anyway. But SHEIN don’t care about that, I’ve been messaging for days with the same repeated paragraphs saying they can’t find a fault and to return them if I’m not happy with the quality. I have done this and I’ve had to pay a £2.50 fee to return them, how is this fair? Oh because apparently it’s their policy and they don’t care if the return is their fault and also the ONLY option they provided to you. So I’ve been sent a poor quality faulty product and now it costs me and I lose money regardless because the only option I was given was to return it. How is this fair to any customer? I have been buying from SHEIN for years and have spent a LOT of money, I buy regularly and I am a long term member of their extra subscription - but they don’t care about that, they just want to send out faulty products and then charge you to return them. It’s an absolute scam, do not order from them because they don’t care about your experience or your loyalty, it means nothing just so they can get the extra money out of you

Shein - won't refund for missing/non-delivery of items

I placed a large order. It was delivered across 3 parcels but 9 items were not picked or included in the parcel (costing £105). I've spent 2 hours on their support chat bot that can only seem to cope with the concept of a missing parcel. It's inconceivable to Shein they might partially deliver an order, so are refusing to refund me for the missing items. This is Shein's error but I am ougboc pocket. Very disatisfied with their service. Will not be returning as a customer.

Stopped shopping at Shein as their…

Stopped shopping at Shein as their prices are confusing. Misleading prices while you shopping. It shows one price when adding to basket, then it changes to a higher price before checkout. If Shein offers a discount vouchers, it should be chosen by a customer not applied automaticly.

Shein Poor Customer Service

I have shopped with Shein for years I have always received an excellent service.... until now...... Something must have changed....I placed an order with Shein amongst my order was a dog bed.... I ordered Large but received Small.... also a pair of Sandals which are very poor quality Icontacted them to return the item.... They sent me an email containing a return label.... I contacted their Customer service and explained that I didn't have a Printer and due to my Mobility Issues I was unable to get to a Post Office and asked them to Post a Return Label to my home and arrange a collection..... The return of the bed is free but they are going to charge me for the return of the Sandals.They refused to assist me whilst other Companies have assisted me in the past..... Very poor Customer Care 🙂‍↕️

Take far too long to process refunds and blame your bank.

Actually like some of their items but the problems start with returns. The sizings are that up and down returns are inevitable. Take far too long to refund your money and blame your bank. Funny how it’s taken out of your account instantly but when refunds are actioned takes nearly 2 weeks (well I’m saying 2 weeks it’s not actually gone into my account yet!) I don’t think I will use again for this reason.

EDIT - Shein keep saying they’ve refunded bank says not and going round in circles each telling me to go back to Shein or go back to the bank. Piggy in middle and can’t get through to anyone all online chat. So frustrating each blaming each other and this is why I won’t use again

The ‘solution’ did not work and I’m still waiting passed back from NatWest my bank to you then from you back to NatWest. Awful company to deal with and you can’t get past the ‘BOT to speak to a person.
