Disappointed Brazilian mother

Disappointed Brazilian mother - Faulty product and logistics failureI am Brazilian and recently moved to the UK. I am extremely disappointed with SHEIN. I bought a baby playpen (£30.45, Order GSO1XF38U00780L) that arrived incomplete, missing the mat. I made a huge effort to return it, carrying a heavy box on foot with my baby because I don't have a car. Despite this, your courier (Evri - H04M7A0003890686) failed and delivered it back to my house. SHEIN's support is forcing me to carry it again, which is inhumane. I demand a full refund immediately.

I have used shein for years and never…

I have used shein for years and never had a bad experience but after ordering 12 bikinis and returning 9 bikinis all with the strips on the bottom garments , they have decided that 8 of my bikinis didn't have the strips on when i know when i
packed them everyone had a strip on , ive ordered bikinis from shein for years but never again , nearly £88 stopped through no fault of my own , i know the strips have to be on im not daft and all you get of customer services is the strips wasn't on , when i know they was , NEVER WOULD I ORDER OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Shocking customer service and safety checks prior to dispatch

I have always used shein and been great until recently, when I ordered some bikinis, after try one pair of bottoms on I realised the other ones I ordered wouldnt fit so didnt take them out the bag and just sorted out the return so was sent back how they was sent to me, however it turns out they hadnt sent the items to me with the hygience sticker in to me but instead of apologising for there error when I notified them they of this they just charged for the 3 bikinis because I didnt take them out the bag a take a picture to send them, but as they wasnt removed from the bag me I didnt feel I needed to as should have been sent out to me with the sticker on in the first place, and they just keep going round in a cycle stating there terms and conditions but I was clear to them that this is how they arrived and wasnt touched and nothing was removed from the item, I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service team in my life and the fact they cannot provide any evidence of the state of the item beforehand shows me that they also have no evidence that they have failed my in the safety and hygiene area and rather than be sorry about this have just punished me for being a valued customer

I sent 2 bikinis back with the hygiene…

I sent 2 bikinis back with the hygiene stickers on both bottoms. They refunded one and sent a picture of the other bottoms with the hygiene sticker half hanging off. Good job i took a picture of the bottoms myself with both stickers intact. I was told my return had to be verified and it would take 3 days. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times to be fobbed off with an automated message saying exactly the same thing. You would have thought i was talking to robots rather than people. I understand hygiene reasons but the sticker was genuinely on the bottoms. Very disappointed with customer services.

The worst shopping experience ever!!!

"I have been a loyal Shein customer for years, but no more! Getting a refund is a total nightmare. I cancelled my order GSO1XE02U004099 worth £240 just seconds after purchasing. The refund was approved, but I still haven't received my money after 3 weeks. It's impossible to talk to anyone because everything is handled by AI. I received a message saying they won't help and that I should contact 'the bank'—but I don't know which bank they mean, as they haven't provided any details!"
Update- received an email saying its my job to sort the refund with the bank 😮
Dont buy, they dont care!
I cant imagine saying this to my customers…

Actually ridiculous customer service

Actually ridiculous. I decided to give this company another go after years hoping theyd improve but no. I ordered a matching outfit and recieved two tops and no skirt. I tried sorting this with customer service and it was like speaking to a brick wall going around in circles. No one could understand my issue or how to resolve it.
All i wanted was the missing item sent to me as ive paid for it and not recieved it. Why would i want two of the same top? I send photos but still they had no idea and just offered a return which would not solve my problem of missing what id ordered in the first place. Im not paying twice for delivery when they have made an error.
Absolute garbage customer service and ive still not gotten anywhere after over an hour trying to communicate my problem.

This is now the third time I’m…

This is now the third time I’m returning things and they don’t refund claiming item was used although I returned an hour after I received my parcel. They hold on to my money and my item . (Review):My account was suspended for "unusual activity" without any valid reason. I am a legitimate UK customer who followed all shopping and return rules. I contacted support multiple times, but representatives like "Aurora" only sent automated template links and refused to provide any specific explanation. Even new accounts are blocked instantly, showing they have blacklisted my personal data without cause. This is a total violation of consumer rights and transparency. I have decided to stop shopping at SHEIN due to this terrible and unprofessional experience. Avoid this platform if you value customer service.

They are really disappointing!I must of…

They are really disappointing!I must of ordered about 30/40 items since last year every time I have delivery there are 1or 2 items upto my expectation but the rest always go in bin! Kids clothes definitely not what you see in pic they show you absolutely stunning material but when it arrives it’s disgusting cheap material I bin it!!! I’m so angry today I had a holiday I ordered a white cardi instead of white I received ugly cream and big in size , so disappointing!!

Don’t order swimwear and return

Don’t order swimwear from them and return it without taking photos of it all first. They will say the hygiene stickers are missing and refuse to refund for the items. They don’t even notify you of this they just don’t refund you the money. Since looking online this seems to be a common occurrence and an easy way for them to make money out of people. Will not be ordering from shein again.

Well! TRELLIS advertise as metal, it’s plastic.

Well!! The worst company to return goods, ordered METAL trellis, it’s plastic,don’t want it. Comapny new to me, pressed wrong button, did not arrive, I’m human.
Tried to go through retuned web maze, it would not let me as it stated that I had received it. I’ve spent hours on there web found two emails to write to they send me advise to go back to refund page. I’ve given in and sent letter to head office. They should get next week. We will see. BUT I DO NOT WANT A PLASTIC TRELLS please advise. HELP.

Missing half of my order

Order sent out in 2 seperate packages, one went missing. I contacted evri who eventually confirmed it was lost. Contacted this company to advise them of this and still havnt recieved a refund. Contacted them on several occasions to be given a generic copy and paste response.

Will do a chargeback with the bank and never order from this dodgy company ever again.

I can not speak for anyone but myself I was very hesitant to use this company as I saw many bad reviews, heard bad things, but, as always I need to find out for myself I ordered several items and received one item within three days however; the email I was sent showed another item saying DELIVERED so I thought they made mistake and sent wrong photo/item but after 2 more days I started getting nervous and left them few emails and received no reply BUT! Within another day later: I RECEIVED THE REST OF MY ITEMS!!!! All of them I believe they did read my concerns as they had notified me from day of my purchase: to few emails stating how items come from different places so please notify if not received by certain date and date given was good as it gave up to 2 weeks from time of purchase so I thought that was good The only issue that I see is: all my items were made exactly as seen in photo BUT! Not same material as used or made to appear in photos So material was much thinner on every item except the women’s “T shirts” they were made with material shown in photo The jeans that make butt lifted is not Jean material it’s like JEGGINGS I have not tried anything on yet but I will tell you they won’t last long as material FEELS LOOKS NICE BUT THIN I thought one top was made with a macrame look/material No Just very shear see thru top but looks exactly like photo in style of it I will write another review after I wear a few pieces BUT EVERYTHING DELIVERED AND WITHIN TIME GIVEN WAS FAST WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE UNTIL MAY 11 They all delivered by May 6 2026
