Thanks for the great service and such a quick turnaround in delivering my new car! In a climate of long waiting times, I managed to get my car within 2 weeks! Great service from start to finish

Refreshingly atypical car salesman

2016 VW CC

I have just been delivered my car from Shelbourne. Its my first time dealing with this company and I can honestly say it was a very professional experience from start to finish. I was able to enquire about details of the car using the remote chat on their website, I was then passed to a memeber of the sales team, Marcus, who was able to answer my questions. I found Marcus well informed, courtious and polite. Very professional and not pushy at all. He then sent me a personalised 6 minute video of the car which was excellent. I put a refundable £99 reserve on the car which holds its for 24/48hrs so you can arrange a test drive. The car was better than expected. A price was negotiated and a deal was done. The car was hand delivered, for free, to Belfast the next week after a full service and 150 point check. As I said, all in all, a very professional service from Marcus and a company that seems to take customer care very seriously. Thanks again!

5 Star Service - November 2021

This week I purchased a new car from Marcus at Autoselect. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited on several occasions and were so impressed with the high level of customer service. The purchase process was smooth with all of my questions handled in a friendly and competent manner. Customer aftercare has also been excellent with a call to ensure I am still happy with my purchase and to check if I had any further queries. I highly recommend dealing with Marcus at Autoselect.

2015 Dacia Logan MCV

Purchased a 2015 Dacia Logan MCV in June from Portadown Shelbourne branch. The car was very competitively priced but also had the bonus of a Dacia / Renault 12 month warranty.

Other dealers I looked at similar specced and priced Logans only had 3 - 6 month warranty and were generally unfriendly.

Aaron at Shelbourne was extremely helpful and friendly and arranged for a towbar to be fitted and wired up as I required it at a competitive price.

Car is economical, comfortable, some nice extras, spacious, and hopefully will prove to be a reliable workhorse for many years.

Will definitely be recommending friends and family to visit Shelbourne if they are on the market for a Dacia / Renault vehicle.

Just bought a Range Rover evoque dealt…

Just bought a Range Rover evoque dealt with James Child’s he was absolutely fabulous from start to finish made it really easy and fast and kept me up to date with everything by phone or email! Didn’t feel pushed into a jeep I didn’t want felt totally in control of deciding if I wanted to go through with the purchase. Would defo go back and ask for him.

We met Marcus at Shelbourne Motors

We met Marcus at Shelbourne Motors. We were unsure about which car to buy. There were three in the last batch we had decided on. Marcus Pringle was lovely, really personable and very genuine. He cared about our opinion by asking us what we needed in a car. He also did not steer us towards the most expensive car but showed the features of all three with as much energy and enthusiasm. He is a brilliant salesman because he cared about us and our experience in Shelbourne Motors. I would definitely recommend Shelbourne Motors for their extensive range of cars but mostly for their customer service. We purchased the more expensive car eventually, a lovely Honda Civic which is perfect for our needs. A very positive experience with very efficient, professional attention from Marcus.
