Arrived promptly. Pillow case protectors seem well made.
The duvet protector is huge for a double quilt and unfortunately the zip broke after four weeks.

I ordered and paid for 2 items but have only received 1. I’ve now sent 3 emails to customer services. 1st email replied to immediately saying they would look into it. The next 2 emails have been ignored. Very disappointing wouldn’t order again.

The wrong product was delivered. I have had no response to my emails and calls so I am stuck with a cheap plastic duvet which I did not order.
