Great app easy to navigate. Regular jobs and support is efficient and quick to respond. Recommended.
Excellent app if you love getting out and about and the bonus of earning a few pounds, very easy to do and step by step instructions and so easy to follow.
The Shepper team are always on hand to help with any problems and give you guidance if needed.
All in all it’s fun to do and will help towards some Xmas presents I wouldn’t normally to get.
Thankyou Shepper
Great team verry helpful. Tasks are easy to follow with great pay. Process of approval is fast and if it was incorrect slightly they do tell you what to do to correct it snd allow you to edit the task.
It's a great opportunity to work with.

First of all I’ve been on Shepper for ages and have done hundreds of jobs there, and I also use other mystery shopping apps and sites, so I know what I’m talking about.
Shepper used to be great but it’s fallen so far downhill, partly because of the increase in job complexity, but mainly because of the way they treat people. Over the past year there have been subtle changes in job rules, in which we’re expected to be mind readers, leading to an increase in jobs being sent back for retries for nonsensical reasons, most of which appear to be made up on the spot. The atmosphere recently has been frankly manipulative. It’s more than just lying. It is gaslighting and emotional abuse.

Shepper is a great platform to use. I find the app is very user friendly and I have been able to accept jobs that are close by to me. It’s a great way to earn some extra money. Whenever I’ve had a question or query I’ve always received friendly and helpful advice.

The app is very easy to use. There are always jobs that are appropriate for me to try. I enjoy having a look and selecting which jobs I want to do.
The process is straightforward with easy and supportive instructions.
The tasks themselves are often fun and you get paid to do it! What’s not to like.
The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need support or guidance!!

I thought long and hard about doing this review, especially as I earned over £1,000 with them, but they currently deserve a one star review for two things.
One, the amount of tasks required to receive payment is far higher than any other (a single task could be “take a photo of the outside of the store”). Their M&S mystery shop for example has 66 tasks for £6, a rival app has 6 tasks for £7.50.
Two, failing you for stupid reasons. Two I have failed recently were because M&S didn’t sell bananas. It was the hottest week of the year, and they removed them off sale. A visit, a revisit and asking multiple staff, yet apparently this is a fail for me. M&S probably thought I was a banana nutter. The other one failed because, when I asked staff when an item out of stock would be back in, and he said “tomorrow”, his answer wasn’t good enough.
My time is more valuable and I am glad to be deleting this app forever

Shepper has been great in helping me find extra work and earn additional income.
I would love to see more opportunities, as it has been fairly quiet recently. If more work becomes available, I’d happily give it 5 stars!

It’s good app to make side money while having your day job. Pay quick and customer service is quite responsive. Downside of it will be some task are under-timed for the scale of the task. Some times you just need to take 6 photos for 20 minutes, some time you need to take 30 photos for 30 minutes.

Great app and user experience, all the tasks are reviewed and accepted quickly and I’ve managed to earn a little extra money. The support with any issues I have with completing the tasks are dealt with quickly. There is a good number and range of tasks available near me fairly regularly.

Shepper is a mystery shopping company for whom I have been very grateful. Not everyone can find a regular 9 - 5 opportunity, not everyone has that ability to commit. Shepper offers an opportunity to make a little extra money by reviewing goods and services by willing people of diverse backgrounds. As such the benefits are extended to the wider public, ensuring that standards are met and the public at large receives value for money. It’s not a get rich quick scheme, it is an opportunity for people with a diverse range of skills to influence the market place and make a little extra income on the side.
