It wasn't Sheridans who fitted the work surface but a contractor on behalf of Sheridans, as Sheridans had initially completely botched the job. The contractors who replaced the botched surface however did a brilliant job and were excellent.

Excellent survey giving perfect measurements for the quartz to be cut correctly. This enabled the fitters no problem whatsoever to fit our new tops. Guys allowed my kitchen fitter to fit the tap prior to installation making it easier for him. They performed the silicone beautifully and left everything clean and tidy. Great stuff can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks

The worktop itself..…not so sure ?
Emptying the dish washer, I accidentally clipped the bottom edge of the worktop lightly with a plate and a tiny piece of the edge came away ! Thought it would be a bit more hard wearing.

Helpful and efficient fitters who made the relatively quick repair in about 30 mins. Just a shame that it took 2 previous aborted attempts to get them here - but these guys were great.

Templating was accurate and efficient and communication was good regarding design details. Turn around to fitting was rapid. The surfaces were expertly fitted by the subcontractor with thoughtful communication with the client.

We were really pleased with the installation of our kitchen worktops and splashbacks by Sheridans. The 2 lads arrived when they said they would, worked very efficiently, consulting us at every step and left everything clean and tidy.

Professional team who carried out the work. Couple of points to raise though:
1) the team said they wanted me to be happy with the outcome but clearly did not want to spend too much time on the job. Told me there would be a gap left and gave an example which was nowhere near how it ended up.
2) the templater measured and said he could provide up-stands to fit right up to the tiles already in place. However when the worktop came the upstands didn’t fit one side. The fitters said they would risk damaging the worktop by pushing it into place so I ended up having to take the smaller 100mm standard fit. And therefore left a size-able gap to the tiles.

Otherwise the worktop itself was of good quality and very nicely finished. Customer service were a great help before fitting.

Worktop templater forgot to take the under mount sink with him after templating, someone else picked it up 2 days later, fitters arrived on time to fit worktops but no sink attached to the top , 1 very angry customer to deal with .!!!
2 hours later still no contact from Sheridans to explain what was going to happen.
I ended up having to go out and buy some worktops and fit them to pacify the customer.

Stressful with 3 no shows

My kitchen was going really well until I had to deal with Sheridan.
The template guy cons you into paying c£400 for an undermount sink and they charge £250 extra for an extra installer. To make things worse, I had 3 no shows.

FYI - my worktop was bought via IKEA who couldn't help until I started calling them thieves for taking my money and not showing up.

Reece and Joe who are the fitters did an excellent job. Reece & Joe did a 5 star job. They were kind, professional, smart, did an excellent job and made the customer feel cared for. Also the chap who templated was also excellent.
Dealing with the company at the office wasn't so easy, so this is why 4 stars.

Supposed to install our worktops on a Friday, I called when they where an hour late for the appointment to be told no one was coming and they hadn’t even made our worktops. I had to chase to get it resolved, no one ever contacted me. We didn’t have a sink or tap downstairs for 3 weeks. We had to wash dishes bending over the bath for 3 weeks.

They didn’t know an employee had been out to measure up, who that person was and didn’t have any of the measurements he’d taken. Luckily I had kept his info.

On the plus side the installation staff were delightful, arrived on time, very friendly, helpful and full of advice I would have given them 5 stars!

Brilliant service from start to finish!

Very helpful team, super quick response & fitting. Good advice on aftercare. Invest in some magic erasers if having pure white as it does mark / stain and these bring it up like new without spraying unneeded products on the surface. Very happy with our worktops.

Templating was carried out 10 days prior to fitting, at the time I discussed the need for a cradle for the under mounted sink and had these requirements noted in the Template check list that is distributed to the fitter.

The fitting service was very poor, one of the joins initially was very poor, which they put right when asked but would have been happy to leave it that way.

They fitted the worktop without fitting the cradle or the sink, which is supposed to be fitted prior to installation of worktop, when questioned on this they said it was our fitters job (we haven't had anybody else involved in the fitting of the work top as we wanted to keep it simple and were willing to pay for the service!!!) also it stated on the template checklist and invoice that was complete fitting was required.

The next excuse was that a section of pipework obstructing the sink, this could be moved to one side.

It was suggested that they fit the sink and we would get that sorted out retrospectively, but they weren't happy with that also why wasn't this pointed out at the time of the templating?

Sheridans fitters left without completing the job!

2 months after they said they would install the worktops they have still not arrived.
This was booked and the first date was arranged 2 weeks later. Absolutely terrible customer service and still we are waiting.
Use a local fims would be my advice.

Really pleased with the quality and look of the worktop, and the friendliness of the fitters. Have marked down as some sealant splashed on the floor which I did not notice until they had left. But it cleaned off OK with white spirit.

Unfortunately they forgot to cut the up-stands hence the job was half completed. They said they will come back next week but this does not seem efficient
