Worth every penny

I have been using my Thinx for over 2 years now. Honestly I was very sceptical in the beginning but this has saved me so much money!!! I always got irritated skin from wearing pads, so i love these. Washing them is super easy, i rinse them with cold water and then just throw them in the washing machine and let them dry afterwards. No weird smells, still zero leakage. I just wish they would develop swimwear too. I am waiting for this to happen!!!

Thinx needs to make it far clearer that…

Thinx needs to make it far clearer that there will be a customs fee, I've had to pay an extra £16 (with Customs and Royal Mail handling fee). It is in their FAQs but not anywhere visible on their website when you're ordering and paying. So with shipping costs too, I'll have paid about £60 for a pair of pants. Feel like a complete muppet!
Please please support more local period brands and ignore this lot. There are lots of companies out there doing the same thing.

I'd love to give them the full 5 stars

I'd love to give them the full 5 stars, but..
I ordered from Switzerland and was okay with the shipping payment and everything. But when I got the package I had to pay an additional 30CHF (=30USD) fee. That's nearly a fifth worth of what I payed for the underwear.. I mean if you order from abroad it makes sense that you have to pay something but I think it needs to be communicated when you order something.

Unexpected customs fees. Not made clear on ordering.

£30 unexpected customs fee that the company does not make clear (it's hidden in the FAQ).
They need it to be visible when you're ordering that "You're likely to accrue £-- of customs charges upon entering the UK".
Royal Mail adds a £8 handling fee which is ludicrous.
Regardless of the product working or not, I am very disappointed. Thinx needs to have a stockist in the EU to avoid these charges for their customers. Will purchase from a UK/EU based company moving forward.

I adore my thinx

Love love looove my thinx! Have tried other brands but nothing compares to the fit and quality of my thinx! I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know and meet too as they are really eco-friendly which is an added bonus especially when leading an active lifestyle the sport style is incredible!!!

Good overall

Overall I've been happy with the products and experienced great customer service. I bought, over time, 7 pairs of hiphuggers (plus one pair of the sport style that didn't work for me). The lace on a few pairs has started to snag and unravel. Not good for such expensive underwear. They have since changed the design but I think knowing this was a common flaw, there should be some type of refund or promo code for customers like me that invested in the previous style that didn't last. (I've probably worn each pair 3-5 times each and I always wash on delicate, line dry, etc.)

Totally disappointed

Totally disappointed. Charged £15 customs’ duty on a £35 pair of pants. Response from customer services was that it was ‘in our FAQ’. Nowhere near good enough.

Reliable, comfortable, good for environment

Oven used thinx for two years now, and have four pairs. They’ve been very reliable, comfortable and definitely worth the purchase! Not to mention it’s good for the environment. I highly recommend this to anyone who menstruates. It saves so much time, money and waste!

Company run by real people!

I was shopping for my Pre-menstral daughter. I sent a long email asking questions before I purchased. They responded quickly and it felt like a real person who read it and truly cared.
When I finally placed my order and it was the wrong size, my return (of a very intimate item) was quick and without issue.
Great Company!

I like them but don’t love them

I like them but don’t love them. I had leaks at the gym. I didn’t find any pair could hold 1 tampon’s worth. The lace trim hat comes on some pairs is too delicate and snags on everything. The look isn’t very nice with snagged lace. I will use what I have got but probably not order any more since they only work alone on 1st or last day of my period.
