The service was quite good

Everything was fine apart from the delay caused by having to reprint owing to a printing error in a batch of the book.

Throughout the process my hand was held and guided through uncharted territories. Always there to answer queries and assist with development. Even after the final printing. The Artist who designed the cover of my book, produced a perfect portrayal of fleeting thoughts I had.
I have to admit there were some discrepancies along the way, but between us we got there in the end!

There was an issue with online payment so I rang the office. I cannot fault how my purchase was dealt with. And it was sent out to me right away as promised. Very happy the online payment failed, in a way.
