Knowledgeable tutor, able to answer all questions, very interactive, stagnant at points but mostly a great course

I recently had the pleasure of attending the First Aid training course, and I can confidently say that it deserves a solid five-star rating! From start to finish, this training course left an indelible mark on my and my colleagues professional development, surpassing all our expectations.

Tadas was a great trainer, delivering the course in a very easy to understand and relate to way, focusing and emphasizing on all the right things. Also very good training materials and handouts, very helpful in preparation for the exam.

The trainer for our L3 Food Safety Course was excellent and not only trained our teams effectively, but also motivated them to engage their new knowledge in the businesses.

Not only was my day educational but it was also a lot of fun. Najma (the trainer) kept me engaged the whole time and I was able to ask as many questions as I liked, which made me feel the course was tailored for me. She extremely personable and made the experience to be one of the best courses I have done! She also made me laugh a lot!

Tadas (who I communicated with to organise the course) was very helpful and patient as I had to change to course days a few times.
All in all a great experience working with Shield Safety and I would definitely recommend them!

I arranged an emergency first Aid at work training for 12 people and we had Najma lead the session. She was engaging, personable and professional, not to mention she had a great sense of humour too! The class of General Managers learnt a lot and gave nothing but positive feedback. Thanks team Shield.

Excellent course , fun and intuitive, covered all basic first aid

i recently arranged a Fire Marshall training course for a team of 12 people from various departments within our Hotel, This was carried out and delivered in a very interesting and professional way by Simon Haslam the trainer. All feedback from my staff was very positive and after a final examination all passed the course with flying colours.
I can recommend this training company to anyone wishing to train their staff and will use them again if required for anything further moving forward.

The Trainer Simon was very good, made the training event light hearted but very informative. Would use him again.
