This company cannot be trusted. They promised delivery by a certain day and they do not deliver.

Ordered well in advance for Christmas. Especially because on Amazon they offer next day shipping. I was supposed to get it by Monday the 23rd at the absolute latest. I still haven’t received it and it’s not going to be here in time. It was a Christmas gift for my nephew. It’s not even in my state. So I messaged them on Amazon. They claimed I ordered it two days later than I actually did. I said they still didn’t ship it next day (the 15th) like they advertise. They didn’t actually ship it until the 22nd. They keep offering me discounts and I do not want a discount I want a full refund. They keep lying to me about my order when I can very clearly see in my account when I ordered it. If I could give them negative stars I would.

A SCAM!!! They took more than $22 for shipping and I NEVER received the blanket I ordered. They blamed USPS, and it was never sent! Reported them to the BBB and turns out it’s some company in china trying to get AMERICANS banking info!! It was a Christmas gift for a family member who was grieving the loss of another family member! PLEASE REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS !!!!

Don't bother. Everything is a scam.

Bought 2 sweaters from this compagnie. After weeks/months they arrived, the quality was very poor so I sended 1 back ...to CHINA. Don't let the word SURREY fool you, costed me £12.00 p/p. When the 2nd one arrived I decided not to go to the return system, keep the sweater, go for the 25% refund and give the sweater to charity. So I did. Today March 19, I got the money in my account so after 16 !! weeks I'm finally done with Shinesand. Never do business with this companie again.

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not use this company. The returns are to China which is costly and Shinesand are NO help at all. I have now been waiting three months for my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The only way for me to write a complaint was to put 1 star. They do not deserve 1 star. This company is a scam especially if you wish to return the goods. It cost me £30 to send goods back to CHINA. DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I bought some clothes back before last Xmas, the items came and where terrible quality. I sent them back with me paying all the charges for them to be sent back to China and asked for a refund and nothing!! Every time you send an email a different person reply's and we know the items have turn up in China but they are refusing to pick the items up and not give us a refund!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Do not buy from this company. The quality is extremely poor and you will be disappointed as they are nothing like the advertisements. They offer a 15% refund instead of returning the items. They state that they do not refund until they have checked the returned items. The return address is in China.

Plwase do not buy from this company I saved and bought a coat for the cold weather and when it arrived it was not the same color or material as described I sent an email asking for a refund but they did not have my order which seem strange as they took the money.

Worst still the company are a SCAM & say you can get refund in a week but it’s a lie , you have to pay £20 to post to China ! Then No return

Do not order from this company. I ordered a coat that looked lovely in the photos on the website. When it arrived it was totally different to the images. It was a different colour and the material was much thinner and cheaper than the photos would suggest. It is impossible to return items to get a full refund without incurring huge costs. Avoid this company.

Absolutely shocking quality, totally appalled at the con and trying to return the goods was a nightmare.

Poor quality products. Return process requires you to return the products to China at your expense. Avoid this company!

I never received the items I ordered. The delivery company 'Hermes' didn't deliver the parcels and when I tried to track the parcels they said they had been returned to the company. I paid for the items in good faith on 4th Dec 2020 and still haven't received a full refund. I have been sending emails everyday and a different person replies each time. They are refusing to give me my refund. I have no goods and they have kept my money. Do not use this company, they are dishonest and scam merchants. DON'T BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM.

Awful they sent wrong product I have to send it back and pay full costs of postage and then they will offer me 45 per cent refund of the wrong coat !!! Terrible quality tho awful customer service 20 emails later from different people and I give up

Yep, it’s true. Complete con and nothing like the website advertises. I was stupid enough to order a jumper and leggings. When they finally arrived the jumper was huge, printed and not cotton. It was like an elastic horrid material. The leggings were also huge and again, horrible! Can’t even be bothered to go through the returns process. DO NOT BUY! SCAM!

DO NOT buy from this company. The Goods are cheap, poor quality, nothing like the photographs, the sizes are completely wrong, the returns policy is a complete scam having to return the goods back to China!!!!!!! There is nothing about this on this website. I can not put into words how dodgy this company is. They are an absolute disgrace and should be shut down
