Terrible company to deal with. Nowhere does it say Chinese when i was purchasing otherwise i would not have purchased. Very poor clothing. Sizing nothing like it should be. Returns policy a scam. Costs more to return than it does to buy and they only refund 25%. Absolutely shocking

Clothes nothing like images on the website. Goods come from America so cost of sending back prohibitive

Ordered a jumper after seeing their advert on Facebook. The reality and image, don't match up.

The sleeves fitted half way down my forearm, not as portrayed as a full length sleeve.
Quality very,very,poor.
Sizing way off! Thought I would go for 4XL for a nice baggy fit according to their size guide. More like a tight fit T-shirt!
Appreciate was out of the exchange time window of 14 days, but the email I sent first time round bounced back as not correct. Sent again to the same email address, low and behold a response. To be told "Your out of time for an exchange or refund." there's a shock!

Lovely pictures on site but awful imitation delivered , this is an illegal scam please do not buy from this site it is a con.

ABSOLUTLY appalling, cant return items as nothing on the web site and keeps redirecting you to other sites!

This company is operating under multiple names its a scam low quality garments if they come at all do not buy from anyone trading on fb or Instagram as they don't control these low life people

My item has never arrived,ordered on 6 Dec, emailed company numerous times, they say it is in transit and no refund, checked the app they say to download & it's still in transit in China & has been for weeks, avoid this company like the plague

Do not buy from this company. The clothes are very cheaply made and do not look like the photographs. I am very disappointed that Instagram allow these adverts by such rubbish companies.
They did answer my emails and I will try to return my items but I doubt if I will get a refund but we’ll see.

This is a fraud. The clothing is not the same colour, quality or material as the sales photographs on their website or instagram. You have to pay to return the items to china and taxes on top of that! The company offer you 15% of the cost for you not to return them & have a full refund!

I lost the money I ordered a product on 11 Dec 2020 and no received, no news. it is a scam and I will never order something advertised on Facebook even if the site looks professional.
Update: after I contact again the customer service I managed to recover money.

Ordered a winter coat ,when it arrived it was a different material , different colour to the one advertised ,it was cheap material ,would never ever order again from this company just sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered

Awful awful awful. A knitted jumper haha no it’s cheap tacky material that’s printed. Nothing knitted about it. False advertising!!!!! This is going in the bin. And I’m never buying from places that advertise on Facebook ever again! I contacted shinesand.com and they never replied! Surprise!!

Ordered a coat and it's absolutely horrible. Material, style and colour are nothing like the coat advertised on Facebook. You have to email them if you want to return items within 48hrs. Emailed then 3 days ago and no reply. Scandalous that they get away with this. Avoid at all costs!

Another Chinese scam company... pretend to be uk based but send clothes, which vaguely resemble the ones in their pictures, from China... take weeks to arrive, if at all... only had part of my order...and I'd be embarrassed to take them to a charity shop. Told I have to return them to China at my expense if I want a refund! Do yourself a favour and have nothing to do with them.

Disgusting service from this company. They will not help me about a missing parcel from them, insisting I have to contact Hermes myself which in itself is impossible to speak to someone. My order was made 5 weeks ago.
I will never order from them again because of their bad customer service

The “scarf” that arrived today is not like the one advertised. It appeared to be a vibrant knitted cable patterned scarf and of better quality in the advertising - but is just a large cheap piece of nylon-type material that has a printed cable knit pattern on it in reality. A very disappointing and time wasting experience with this purchase. Hopefully P J Fashion / Shinesand will be respectful with obliging me with a full refund for this shoddy item.

UPDATE: I was offered 40% refund if I closed my complaint through PayPal. Needless to say I told P J Fashion that I had no intention of closing my case and would do the reverse and escalate my complaint. 40% refund received the next day. I’m still stuck with a worthless scarf. Postage to return the item to China was £12.60 standard post or £16.80 Tracked postage. Hence accepting 40% refund as the scarf cost to buy was £15.79. Live and learn as they say.!! 🤔

Doesn't even deserve one star. Rubbish quality,false advertising, nothing is as it looks, different to colours shown. Takes ages to arrive. Have to pay postage to return to God knows where. Do not buy from them!!!!
