Have not received the finished product but impression we're well instructed and easy to do

They are an amazing company and once they receive your veneers they are quick on getting them processed.

The process from purchase to receipt of my kit was extremely fast. Received my impression kit with easy explanation of making the impressions. Return of impressions was extremely easy.

I have just received the email from Shiny Smiles letting me know that my impressions have been accepted and the manufacturing process of my veneers will now begin! I am very excited! I did have to try twice because my first set of impressions was rejected, but it was not a big deal and another impression kit was promptly shipped to me so I could try again. So far customer service has been very helpful (I have called and emailed them several times so far during this process looking for feedback on the impressions I was taking, etc.) Most recently I called looking for guidance on whether or not the three impressions I had taken would be adequate or if I should remove one from the tray to try again, and the man i spoke with told me to send in what I had because they looked good. I sent them in and sure enough, they were accepted!

So far everything has been really good. My impressions have been excepted first try so now I’m just waiting on the veneers to be made

They are amazing I’ve tried other companies and these are my favorite.

My 80 year old grandmother had to get her two front teeth pulled and it left her feeling very unhappy with her appearance. She doesn’t have dental insurance or thousands of dollars to get dentures or a partial either. There was also the issue of if she got dentures she would have to have her tori (extra bone in the roof of her mouth ) removed. I had looked up best clip on veneers at an affordable price and found Shiny Smile Veneers, so I gave them a shot! And my grandmother & I are SO GLAD WE DID! We got top & bottoms and after the molding process it only took 3-4 weeks to recieve them. I just gave them to her last night and she is over the moon! They fit tight and she so far hasn’t had any issues with them aside from trying to get them out; which will come in practice. They look so good ! She hasn’t stopped smiling from ear to ear! Working with shiny smiles was a relatively easy process as well. I have no complaints ! And so far neither does my grandmother ! Thank you so much!

What a wonderful experience I enjoyed with Shiny Smile veneers program. After many years of hiding my smile, I finally decided to get Shiny Smile veneers after I had 2 back teeth extracted. The whole process was seamless from receiving my impression kit promptly to actually receiving the finished product. In fact, from the time my impressions were accepted till I received the actual veneers was exactly 3 weeks to the day. When I received the veneers they fit perfectly. There were some minor speech adjustments that had to be made, but I adjusted quickly. And finally, I can smile and be totally confident that I am projecting my best image forward…Thanks Shiny Smiles for a job well done.

I'd like to say that my experience with shiny smile veneers has been extraordinarily good. I originally had my doubts, but have been greatly impressed with the quality of my new veneers and what they did for my confidence level. Fit perfectly and look awesome. ShinySmile has followed up with great communication emails from the beginning. Hat's off to this truly professional company.
My cat knocked my uppers off my bathroom counter and my little dog got ahold of it and damaged them to a point I can no longer wear them.
Thankfully ShinySmile has offered to recreate my uppers.

Thank you shiny smile! You sent me a complimentary kit since I couldnt properly make the first 2 mold kits correctly. Thile last one worked out perfectly .just waiting on my $50 refund now

I am very satisfied with my veneers I was shocked at how well they fit they go over my teeth and fits like a glove and look amazing and customer service for me has been good while my first impressions only my bottoms were approved I had to pay for another kit and finally my tops were approved it only took 2 weeks to get them and you have to be at home and sign for them but im happy with what ive received

I recieved my veneers and i was a little taken aback by the sturdy plastic they were made from . They feel strange over my teeth but that is to be expected . After some time , maybe 20 mins of wearing them i could feel a pressure on my real teeth and it was a little uncomfortable . I noticed on the back left there was part of the veneer on the top that was sticking out and rubbed on my tounge uncomfortably . they will look good in pictures but i would not buy these again , nor would i recomend them to a friend.

I can’t say enough about how awesome the customer service is! The only downside is how long after you get your kit you have to wait if you wanted a FaceTime call with a rep to assist you in the process. But the directions and tutorial videos are so detailed you really don’t need a rep to walk you through it.

I just began my journey with Shiney Smile veneers and so far the process has been seamless. The impressions kit was received quickly with easy to follow instructions and follow up communications were also timely and detailed. I look forward to receiving my new veneers and will then add to my review. So far, very pleased with the experience.

So far so good! I had to do a second round of impressions. That just tells me that you are very particular and want to give me the best product that you can! My first set I waited to long to start the impression and I didn't leave them in long enough. Looking forward to the next step!

The process for making the impressions was good. I would like to see the turn around for getting the veneers a little quicker though. Not sure of the process but 3-5 weeks seems a little long to me. Haven't received the venneers yet so we will leave another review after I see how they fit.

The process is fairly easy. However, there seems to be only 2 sizes for the mouthpiece; 1 too large & 1 too small. There should be a size between these 2.
