I have not received the veneers yet but so far everything has been good. The impression kit came quick and the impressions were fairly easy to do. It included a postage paid lable for sending them back. Email responses have been prompt. Im only about 2 weeks into the process so im looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

I definitely recommend this company.

I bought a few extra kits after having my top impressions rejected several times. Once I asked for a refund they offered to send another at no cost. After sending pictures of the impressions using the final kit, my impressions were suddenly approved. I’m hoping that they fit well & I don’t have to return them.

I tried myself twice, making the moles in both time mine were rejected. I made an appointment to do a zoom and the person that worked with me was so patient because I have a strong gag reflex so we had to try it a couple of times and I sent in that mold and was just notified that it was good to go. Can’t wait to get my new teeth.

Shiny smiles whole process is easy. They sent me my impressions although it took me three tries to get my top mold perfect. Once my molds were accepted They worked really fast making my perfect arch. The whole process took about 2 weeks. I love my new smile. I can smile with confidence. Thank you shiny smiles.

The first time I got the veneers, they were too small. The second time, they were ridiculously oversized. The quality of the work is so low that the product is essentially useless. Beware and avoid the company.

getting the impression approved, but that's part of the process to get them done just right. To get that great smile. getting the extra kits, they were so help full and explained it well. great working with them just waiting on the veneers to arrive..

Well after seeing an advertisement about these Shinysmile veeners i was quite intrigued to contact them and find out more. I had one biggest concern only and that was can they emulate my natural gap between my two front teeth that i have my whole life. I didn’t want to change that look by closing off my gap. They said absolutely they can so i went for it.
I followed the proceedure with making the imprints at home, it was easy as long as you follow step by step instructions.
They said my imprints were good and they began constructing my veneers.
They arrived but, without the gap so i was dissapointed and let them know the order was wrong. They apologized for the mix up and started again and sent me ones with the gap, they looked absolutely fantastic and fit like a glove, but they got the colour choice wrong. So again apologized and made another set for me i was very happy about that. When they arrived it was without my gap again so i was quite frustrated and contacted them again about wrong veeners. They apologized ans they were determined to make me a satisfied customer. They sent another set and the gap was there and in the right colour and fit perfectly! Excellent I was a satified customer in the end and would recommend them to anyone who is curious if they are good.
They look amazing and like my natural own teeth, its actually quite impressive.

The only reason i didn’t give the 5th star is because of my frustrations with sending wrong veeners twice to me. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review for sure.

I was very skeptical about ordering a product like this online, but after months of research I decided to go with ShinySmile Veneers due to all of the positive things I've heard and read. I am so glad I did! I have had such a great experience with ShinySmile Veneers so far! The pricing is very affordable, and even needing a second impression kit, it was still completely reasonable. Everything arrived quickly, even faster than expected. I have not received my veneers yet but the employees have all done a great job easing my fears in the beginning when I was unsure if I wanted to proceed. They did so without being pushy about moving forward, which I really appreciated!

I just sent in my impressions and received an email that they are good to go. So far, the process has been easy and communication has been excellent. I love that I was able to send in my photos to see if my impressions were good and received immediate feedback to give me a chance to redo them prior to sending them in. Can’t wait to get the final product!!
