So far so good they are very responsive and the impression kit was easy to use getting excited about getting them .the kit came in two days and they have answered every email I have sent .satisfied .

The impression kit came promptly and was easy to follow the instructions. I received my too veneer in about 4 weeks. I recommend the Pearl color, bright but natural looking!

I ordered top and bottom veneers. The impression kit came quickly. I did two sets of impressions to be safe since there was plenty of material included in the kits. One of my impressions wasn't good but the other ones were so that worked out well. There was a little delay in response time when I had questions about the impression process, but they did answer every email and question. The process time was very reasonable for a custom fit product. I have received my veneers and I am satisfied with them. I never was able to determine in my initial research what material the veneers are made from but it appears to be a type of rigid plastic. They fit very well, there is no slippage or movement with them and they do snap on securely. I am still adjusting to them, just put them in today, 6/17/26. My natural teeth are very small so my mouth feels full with the veneers that fit over the natural teeth. I can talk fine, no problems there. I've eaten with them in today. Feels a bit strange, but everything works properly and again. no slipping. I was really concerned that this company and process might be a scam but I am pleased with the results. I'm still self conscious with them in but it's only been today so I'm hoping I get more self assured about wearing them. At this point in the process, I have to say, I would buy them again, so I am pleased with my results.

So far my experience has been great. They are easy to communicate with. They have you upload pictures of your impressions before mailing them out so they can help decide if they will work or not, which saves a ton of time. I am looking forward to getting my veneers!

My experience from beginning to now has been nothing but successful. The representatives respond back very quickly, with emails. I have not received the veneer yet, but so far, everything has been great. I would recommend them to anybody from what I have experienced so far.

An amazing service for those that want veneers without paying full price for a set of veneers. I was given the opportunity with several remakes and customer service was on par to get the best results for a set of veneers. Highly recommended for anyone interested in these highly customized veneers that fit right on your teeth.

If you have any left over materials after sending it your impressions save them .I had to purchase a 2 nd impressions kit because I didn't know this .Otherwise everything is pretty easy .

This is for my husband Edward Patria… It took a while for my impressions to be accepted… lab mix up first time, rejected 2nd time, but 3rd time was a charm… after returning the impressions I received my veneers back in less than 10 days… I am very pleased with the results… I feel like a new man… customer service was A1+. Could not have been any better. Every step was handled with perfection. I am thankful for the experience . I would very highly recommend Shiny Smiles.
