RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY:
Every line in their response is a lie, another reason to use Forward2Me instead.
In fact, there are self-contradictions.
- Israel isn't a conflict zone and other shipping companies don't charge extra, and Israel doesn't appear as conflict zone in DHL site (easily verifiable)
- The actual price was 87USD above the calculator price with the properly entered dimensions and destination, exact same details. Certainly, dimensions have no relevant for "risk zone" or "remote area". Their response is self contradicting.
- There were 3 DVDs in the package, clearly shown in their own pictures, not my description. No system should flag this package.
- My account has been locked for shipping to any country
- "While we generally provide international forwarding only" again blatant lie - the help pages clearly state that they offer shipping within the US.
Their response full of lies only strengthens my point that Forward2Me should be used instead.
In fact - it's better in every parameter - similar shipping prices but higher rating. There's absolutely no reason to use this company.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
Company is owned by fraudulent management; I suggest that you use Forward2Me instead which has a higher rating on TrustPilot with many more reviews.
Package containing 3 DVDs arrived at their Delaware warehouse on August 4th (USPS tracking 9549011793415209953679) and they prepared the package for shipping by evening.
Shipping price was 87USD higher than the calculator (DHL was the only available option). I checked again and the calculator still showed the original price.
i.e. the calculator doesn't reflect the actual shipping cost. Such mistake is unlikely to be innocent, and I'm also sure other customers already complained.
Breakdown was 37USD for "DHL danger zone" although I don't live in a danger zone and DHL doesn't categorize it as such. Even more audacious was simply "Additional Surcharge" of 50USD.
I intended to speak with their customer service the next day. By morning - the package was unexpectedly moved to "On Hold"
All of this doesn't make sense for a package of 3 DVDs (which were clearly shown in their own pictures).
At this point I've decided that I don't want any business with this company. The seller doesn't accept returns. It took me hours to generate a shipping label within the US (all label creation companies of all shipping methods reject payments with non US credit cards - I had to find someone with a US credit card) and used it to move the package to Forward2Me which was a hassle-free experience.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. They don't inform you of the terms and conditions of their dealings with shipping companies. They refuse to ship more than three devices with batteries so they can exploit you to pay higher shipping costs. They make excuses for the shipping companies. The packaging is very poor, and your shipment may arrive damaged. The support is very poor; it can take two to three days for them to respond.

I had a great experience with Ship7. I’ve tried other companies that appeared cheaper at first—offering up to 45 days of free storage and free consolidation—but in the end, Ship7's shipping costs were significantly lower.
Their support team was outstanding, consistently responding the same day to every query or issue I raised. I encountered a problem where two of my packages were shipped under the same AWB number, and as a result, the second package couldn’t be delivered initially. However, the Ship7 support team went above and beyond, coordinating closely with the logistics company to resolve the issue.
