Ship7 is surely a reliable shipping service.

I had a shipment from the UK to the US and it only took 5 days to get to me from the day they had received the parcel at their facility. I think they can improve the service by making it a bit more affordable if possible.

I had a great experience using Ship7 as my proxy shipper! The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. As discussed in your recent communication, we understand that you did not authorize the transaction in question and that your personal or payment information may have been used fraudulently by an unknown party. Please know that we take such incidents extremely seriously, and we fully respect your right to raise this concern.

To clarify our role: Ship7 is a package forwarding service that provides customers with a U.S. shipping address. Customers place their orders directly with third-party online retailers, and those sellers ship the items to our warehouse based on the shipping details provided during checkout.

In this case, it appears that an individual created a account using your name or personal information and proceeded to place an order with an external seller using your payment details. The package was received and processed at our warehouse in the usual manner, as we had no prior indication that the transaction was unauthorized.

Now that it is clear the transaction were not authorized by you, we have taken the following actions:

We strongly recommend reporting this incident to your bank or credit card provider, if you have not already done so. They will be able to assist with chargeback procedures and further investigation.

Should your bank or any legal authority require information from our end, we are fully prepared to cooperate and provide the necessary documentation upon receiving an official request.

Additionally, we would kindly ask you to consider updating or removing your review on Trustpilot, as this issue did not result from any action taken by Ship7, but rather from an unfortunate case of identity theft. If needed, we would be happy to provide you with a written statement confirming the above for your reference.

Please rest assured that Ship7 has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity, and we are fully committed to supporting you through this process and preventing such incidents in the future.

I had to do a lot myself but chose shop for me...

I chose shop for me, I was never told that Target does not send to the address that they chose it to be delivered to. I had to arrange a lot myself and it took ages and ages before my package was updated to my profile for me to be able to pay shipment to my house. The worst part? The package was ready to be shipped already a couple of days and if I myself did not contact the team, it would probably still be lying there doing nothing. The shipment took a while but when FedEx eventually got the package, everything went smoothly.

Very Bad consolidation

Let me share my experience with ship7. The company was good but only one thing which forced me to leave them is : i am a regular importer from usa from last many years and already working with all famous freight forwarders in USA. i was able to give ship7 easily every month up to 50kg weight but...here the story starts : i did a shipment with them in May 2025, it was a good shipment of 26kg having almost 38 products of daily use, no big size products all very regular size products which can be taken in hand easily. i requested the shipment and they make 13 boxes of different sizes of 38 products. which make a lot of problems for me when it arrived to customs in my country and obviously it cost me very high almost $288 extra charges for custom clearance, 2ndly got alot of problem when trying to clear all of them from customs ( obviously because there were multiple 13 small boxes ) . when i talked to their helpline that why u guys did that, is this called consolidation ? so they said that their consolidation team decided to make 13 boxes of total 26kg weight. i said r u kidding ??? this is not called consolidation . CONSOLIDATION IS WHEN U PUT ALL THE ITEMS IN 1 OR MAXIMUM 2 BOXES ACCORDING TO THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PRODUCT, THIS IS CALLED CONSOLIDATION. so they were not ready to accept the mistaken and that support guy keep saying that our team will decide either how much boxes they will made. even i said them that so this way i will not be able to work with u, because it cost me high in customs due to multiple boxes so he said its ur wish if u donot want to work with us..... so this was the end of my story with them and i left the compny. it was a good company but their consolidation attitude forced me to leave them. this was my experience with ship7. now its ur turn.

Money and time saver

Among some snacks I trusted Ship7 with my new laptop. Everything arrived fast and safely. What makes this experience extra great is how they saved me from waiting for my package unnecessarily long. So, when choosing a courier to ship my shoppings, I chose the fastest one from a similar price range, which was DHL. Ship7 emailed me then, saying DHL would require a clearance for shipping the battery (my laptop) that could take 2-3 weeks and asked me if I really wanted to proceed or maybe choose another courier and they mentioned 2 different courier companies with their ETAs similar to DHL. I appreciate their reaction as I could be still waiting for my laptop if they didn't care and just have proceeded with DHL.

There's only one thing that could be better and that is the charge for items that are being stored for longer than 2 weeks. DE warehouse is closed on weekends, which makes some deliveries impossible, causing the storing time to extend in some cases (one of my packages was out for delivery on Saturday) and adding charges a customer is not able to avoid purely due to these opening hours.

They were fast but too expensive

They were fast but too expensive. I got 2 separate parcels. Thought it would be put together in one parcel to save the cost as it is stated on the website.

On our website, we clarify that when you select multiple packages for ship-out at once, we consolidate them for shipment—this means we process and ship them together under different tracking numbers. However, please note that this does not include physical repacking. Consolidation in this case refers to a manifest-based combination, not the merging or re-boxing of contents.

That said, when there's significant unused space in a box (typically over 75% free), and multiple orders are pending for the same customer, we sometimes combine items into one box—purely as a damage-prevention and efficiency measure. This is done selectively and is based on availability of space, at the discretion of our operations team. However, it is not a standard or guaranteed service.

To provide more context, while Ship7 offered repacking services for many years, we officially discontinued this service on February 19, 2024, in order to enhance our processing speed and reduce overall shipment times. This change allows for quicker handling and minimizes delays caused by extended storage or repacking needs.

As part of this updated process:

• We now offer 15 days of free storage for all incoming packages.
• After that, a paid storage option of $1.99 per package per day is available.
• We’re also currently working on a membership-based repacking service, based on customer feedback, and hope to introduce this soon.

A lifesaver

I have been using another freight company to bring items in from the USA. This last item was to big for them, even though they said it was not and gave me permission to freight it. I still couldn't because of their system which did not allow it. after many phone calls and emails, that kept telling me it would be sorted, with no success, and storage fees kicked into play, I gave up and sent to Ship7 to freight over. No fuss, no bother it came through and for less cost. I will be using Ship7 going forward. thanks

No Good Anymore

They've changed it so you only get a short amount of time to store your items in the warehouse for free and it cost me like 33USD to ship a single nude barbie doll to Australia. The courier service was good, but shipping prices without cheaper USPS rates available anymore make it too expensive.

Total scam be aware run away from ship7

Total scam, they stole my shipment blaming the courier for one shipment (expensive item) the other shipment first they held it (on hold cheap shipment car part they claim it might contain drugs!! Eventually un hold it after several communication and invoices provided!)
The will ask you for invoices to determine the cost of your shipments to determine should they steal it or add it to your box! I asked them to review cctv they totally ignored my demand

All reviews seems fishy to increase their score in google and in trustpilot they don't have any signs on the warehouse to show they really own it and the pictures they used on google maps were stolen

Don’t use their service I have been shopping online for over 20 years never lost a single package and this immediately happened on ship7

The reply I got from them below is just a waste of time, I have no reason to complain other than what I faced, you get paid to handle my package and that is your business USPS got no business in verifying every package and you can instruct them how to do business with them! You lack of management is not my problem I already lost more than 300$ because of you. I can never prove you stole my package but you know the truth I will keep warning people from your scam specially locally and I will make sure no one suffer as I did. I mentioned before I have been shopping online for over 20 years never had a single lost package and used several freight forwarding service with high value items and never lost anything! Suddenly this happen with my first package!

I dare you to post real pictures of your warehouse with your employees and the information of the company on your website or in your social media account that is dead already

When a package arrives without a matching description in our system, it is automatically placed on hold as a precautionary measure to prevent the unintentional shipment of restricted or prohibited items.
This is a standard, automated process that applies to all Ship7 customers equally.
To release a package from hold, you can simply contact our customer service team. Once verified, the package will be unheld and available for shipment for 1 business day. If not shipped within this time, it will return to hold status to maintain compliance and safety standards.
Company Transparency and Employee Information:
On our website, we provide a general overview of our company, how our services work, and guidelines about what can and cannot be shipped. However, like most freight forwarders in the USA, we do not list individual employee details on the website. It’s a standard industry practice, as employees often seek new opportunities and such information is not typically made public.
Our customer service team comprises 5 dedicated members, all working hard to provide consistent, clear, and supportive assistance. If our responses appeared repetitive or standardized, we apologize—it’s never our intent to come across as impersonal.
We Do Not Misplace or Steal Packages:
We understand your concern and want to reassure you that Ship7 has been operating successfully for over 7 years. We follow strict protocols for package handling, and under no circumstances do we tamper with or misplace customer shipments. Trust is the foundation of our business.

Regarding the USPS package you mentioned, here’s what we found after thoroughly investigating:
1. Standard Receiving Process:
All incoming packages go through a structured two-step process:
o Gate Scan at entry and Receiving Scan for system update
Packages are typically updated in your mailbox within one business day. Our receiving team works Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST.
2. Package Not Received:
Unfortunately, there is no gate scan or receiving scan for the USPS package #92612903269827100018358569 in our system. We also contacted the nearby warehouse as part of our investigation, but they confirmed that they did not receive it either.
3. CCTV Limitation:
USPS delivers multiple packages in bulk. Without a scan, it’s not possible to identify your specific package in the delivery footage. That’s why we requested proof of delivery.
According to USPS tracking, the package was marked “Delivered, Left with Individual, BEAR, DE 19701” (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=92612903269827100018358569%2C). However, no recipient name is listed, and Bear, DE houses multiple warehouses, not just Ship7. Because of this, we kindly ask you to contact the seller and request that they reach out to USPS for a Proof of Delivery (POD). This document will help identify who accepted the package and where exactly it was delivered.
We fully understand how this situation has caused frustration, and we truly regret any negative impression it may have created. Our goal is always to deliver the best service possible, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Great service

Regarding your note about battery shipments, we’d like to provide some clarity. At Ship7, we operate standard (non-Dangerous Goods) accounts with all our carrier partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Asendia, and SMSA. Based on carrier regulations and account limitations:

• DHL, Aramex, Asendia, and SMSA: We can ship up to 2 lithium-ion batteries per order, provided the batteries are installed inside the device.

• FedEx and UPS: We can ship up to 3 lithium-ion batteries per order, also only when installed inside the device.

Please note, we do not ship spare, loose, or standalone batteries, and we do not handle bulk battery shipments. These guidelines are clearly outlined on our website: https://www.ship7.com/legal/unaccepted-items

Since we do not operate a Dangerous Goods (DG) account, we are limited in the quantity and type of battery items we can export. If we had a DG account, we would be able to handle larger volumes of battery-related products through partner carriers.

Due to international shipping regulations and safety protocols, we always recommend checking with our support team before purchasing or forwarding battery-powered items, to ensure compliance and avoid any shipping delays or issues.
