I usually do not post reviews, but I made an exception this time because their team member, Susan, resolved a potentially costly and unpleasant inventory issue just before Chinese New Year. Exceptional dedication and interest were shown, making it the perfect time for them to ask for a review. I have been working with them for over three years and am generally satisfied with our collaboration. Whenever there is any miscommunication between my team and theirs, Susan and Kayla always find a solution.

3 Years and beyond
We have been working with the Shipbear team for the last 3 years and our experience has been outstanding. They are helpful with everything and I mean everything! From product quotations to product development, getting on calls with manufacturers, a quality check of the products etc etc. They have been the backbone of our business when it comes to logistics. Quick response and very good terms to work with them!
