Camp shipment

The positive: it process and shipment arrived earlier than expected time!
The negative: they DO NOT package your shipments from camp; trunks and laundry bags. Our trunk was marked with black markings, dented, and the hinges broke.
The laundry bag has black streaks all over it.
I wish I had known they did not cover our packages as UPS has done in the past.
I would provide pictures however there’s no place to leave a photo. For

Exceptional company

I love the easy process of this company. Wish all the universities and camps used their services. It was straight forward and seamless. Tracking was accurate. Highly recommend this company.

Easy and straightforward

Easy and straightforward. The drop off at FedEx was quick. The bags were supposed to arrive in three days, but I got confirmation from ShipCamps that they were delivered in less than 24 hours.

Flawless service!

I had neglected to place my Ship Camps order in a timely fashion and I called them the day before the deadline to have my son’s camp trunks picked up and they made it happen! So grateful. Was able to track the shipment from start to finish. Really appreciate the level of service Ship Camps provided.

First time ever shipping luggage

First time ever shipping luggage. Very pleased and would recommend.

I was extremely nervous about shipping luggage and having it lost. Because this was so easy and inexpensive to use, it made me even more nervous that it would be messed up. But, I saved hundreds of dollars and it got to the destination much earlier than quoted from UPS direct.

Quick and easy!!

We had to book last minute shipment of our kids bags and this was so easy! And the bags arrived at camp within a day. And it wasn’t much more than our previous camp baggage option.

We used ship camps for the first time…

We used ship camps for the first time this year, they were organized, informative and easy! After our camp bag was picked up, the tracking system kept us up to date with the delivery. And ship camps is much more reasonably priced!

Efficiency- A+/ Shipping - D- F

I was impressed with the efficiency of the pick up and delivery of the trunks.

Picking them up on Saturday, after the campers had left, would have served us much better. The kids did not know what to keep out, or what to leave in. So, that being said, it caused a lot of stressful jamming and packing into our carryons just so we could get on the plane to fly home.

Also, the tops of the trunks had deep scratches and scrapes. The transportation was not handled with much concern for the items, themselves.
