I love the convenience of ship camps…

I love the convenience of ship camps they were wonderful. I have to give 3 stars because our trunk was damaged pretty bad. The decals i put on are ripped and the paint of the trunk is also ripped.

Timing on shipping was amazing

Timing on shipping was amazing! What more could you ask for! The only reason why I took one star off is on the departure there was only person so they dragged the duffles all the way on my driveway adding to the wear and tear. This wasn't an employee of the company but rather the shipping company. Overall I am happy with the service.

Ship Camps makes it easy to ship bags to camp and not worry about the hassle of lugging big bags. The frequent tracking and communication is stellar. Totally takes the stress off of worrying about bags and everything getting there on time.

The bags did arrive intact

The bags did arrive intact, however they were left on the driveway instead of the covered front porch. We were out of town and our neighbors thankfully dragged them under the porch to protect them from the rain.

Took 5 days for the suitcase to arrive…

Took 5 days for the suitcase to arrive from VT to NY; in the other direction, it only took 1 day. Because the clothes were coming back from camp, there were a few wet towels in there. After 5 days in a hot truck, things in the suitcase were covered in mold.

Delivered to wrong address

Unfortunately, Fed Ex delivered my son’s trunk to the wrong address. Luckily the individual was kind enough to text me that it got delivered to them and I was able to retrieve it. Very sloppy on fed ex’s part as the address was correct on the shipping label and the luggage tag
