I never got my package
I never got my package. UPS said that they missed me twice, both days I was home the whole day. Liars!
No notes in the mailbox, nothing.
If they really came over twice, why didn't they left the package with a neighbor then?

Logo printed too small
Very disappointed with six t-shirts ordered from this company. They were printed with my own logo, but the logo was far too small. Although the design stage gave options placement and size, the size could not be increased.
Update: The company were extremely helpful in rectifying the problem to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We understand your disappointment regarding the logo size. Our design platform is designed to offer flexibility in placement and size, but the maximum size is sometimes limited by the resolution of the uploaded design. To achieve a larger print, a higher resolution image is required. We try to communicate this through suggestions on our website during the design stage.

A mixed bag
My shirt arrived a few days after I ordered it. It's made of high quality material and the lettering appears to be vibrant and durable.
The only problem was the app. Super buggy and very frustrating. Five stars for the shirt, one star for the app. Since the shirt is more important to me than the app, I'm giving the company a four-star review.
Update: I was referring to the Android app. The Web app is more robust, but, yes, it, too, needs some help. At least I was able to use it to place another order, something I couldn't do using the Android app.

Great print, but the size of the T-shirt (M) is smaller than M-sized T-shirts usually are.
