Very good quality of the print
Very good quality of the print, but both shirts have the same small stain at the back. Not a reason to discard the garment but it is small imperfection... Hope I will be able to remove it. Otherwise, slim-fit shirts are awesome)

Good print, bad fit
Good print quality but I ordered a 2XL shirt and the fit is very tight/skinny. Not what I expected looking at the size chart.

Women's t-shirts size are wrong
I ordered 5 premium women's t-shirts size L and one LX and the t-shirts are tiny. It says it's a women's size but they look like big t-shirts for kids... Because of this we cannot use them. The women's size L is for a woman with size S. On the other hand, the fabric is very rough. I was very excited about this and it was a disappointment.

The quality of the shirt is great. The experience with the deliveryprocess was not as good.
After the confirmaton of my order I did not receive an e-mail about the delivery time/date. After contacting customersupport I received a message that my package was delivered a week prior (yet I was never notified about this). Customersupport did respond very quickly which was great.

Bad quality for premium
It took a while for it to be delivered, although I understand that it was Christmas time. What really bugged me was the fact that the quality was not up to standard. For a premium quality shirt, I expected a lot better than what I got. The pictures I had put on the shirt looked terrible to be honest, almost as if the ink had leaked.

Give your Customer Service workers a raise
I ordered six tshirts during their Black Friday sale. So my comments are based on one of their busiest periods.
Tips:
- if you see that you are getting too many orders, alert your customers on delays. Please manage expectations because I missed the window in which I could gift these altogether
Tops:
- When I reached out to your service desk, checking on my order, I received a prompt and clearly personalised response with clear information. I also received an offer for a full refund if I didn't want to wait longer (which I didn't take)
- When my order arrived, not long after, one print on the wrong coloured tshirt. I contacted customer service again. Once again I received a prompt, clear and personalised response. And, with one picture of proof, I got a correct one sent to me at no extra cost. (Please give Anna a raise. I'm sure that Black Friday sales can cause a lot of mistakes and thus complaints and she was just amazing throughout it all)
- With regards to print quality and price, I was very happy.
With regards to the actual tshirts, I ordered for different body types and they were comfortable and all fit like a glove.
Will definitely use them if I need prints again.

One tshirt , L size male was really great,
The other one, a ladies M size, own design was way too little. My girlfriend always chooses M size in shops and never have any trouble fitting them.
