Bought a specific bowl, they sent me another bowl without any notification, hoping that i wouldn't notice, and when i told them what they did they then offered me 15% off my next purchase. What a Joke.

Website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. After I placed an order, I realised I forgot a couple of things and placed a separate order with next day delivery. The team kindly merged both of my orders and sent them out together for next day delivery. I placed my order on Thursday evening and it arrived on Saturday. Can't fault the service, very happy with my experience.

Scammers!! Paid for next day delivery and it arrived broken! Then took multiple chasing to sort refund. To which I was agreed to get my delivery fee back. They’ve now only refunded product fee and not delivery fee and ignoring me! Abilities scammers taken this to ombudsman to sort now.
