Comfortable shoes but VERY LONG delivery times and DEFECTIVE soles

Shoes are very comfortable but one of the tags embedded in the soles came out after a short while and left a big hole as a result. I contacted Pavers and they told me they could not get spares from their supplier. They advised me to send the shoes back and ask for a refund. However, this has happened to most of the shoes I have ordered and I am reluctant to send them back knowing that it took close to one month to receive my order in the first place. Indeed, the shoes were marked as being IN STOCK at the time of the order, but I was later advised (after emailing Pavers' Customer service) that they were only available on a PRE-ORDER basis. This happened with the 2 orders I placed with PAVERS. Not impressed at all!

I can see on tracking that one pair was marked as delivered 14/4/22.

second item we are very sorry that we have had to cancel your order this is always a last resort.



We have over the last few weeks had an unprecedented high volume of orders and when stock is low on an item and many people are ordering at the same time, it is possible that we may have to let someone down.



In all honesty as we do not have a live stock system we have been unable to keep the stock as up to date as we would like due to staff shortages and again the high volume of orders. Obviously this is something we will be looking into when the time is right and we are able to do so.



We do understand this is frustrating and we do apologise that on this occasion we had to cancel your order.

I bought a pair of paver brogue bootshad

I bought a pair of paver brogue boots. The first time I had them on it was raining (not particularly heavy). I noticed the boots had blue staining. These have been returned but asbyet have had no communication back from Pavers.

Unfortunately, we have not yet scanned your return in at the warehouse. It can take up to 14 working days for returns to be processed. Once the return is scanned in the refund will be issued and an email will be sent confirming this.

Leather or not?

A little annoyed as the boots were described as leather and there isn’t a leather symbol to be seen.

I can see this item would be one of Bugatti styles which would be leather upper.

I see that one of the team have advised to return the item back for an inspection.

Once returned back these will be sent to warehouse to be checked for you.
