Comfy. One ballerina type that doesn't cripple me

I don't think I've bought shoes in this shop that were not immediately comfortable. I do not have to break them in or anything. They've been lasting me few years so far as long as the oldest pair goes.

The type of shoe however I've been having the worst time finding since my last european pair gave out was a comfortable pair of ballerinas I could walk all day in. While many pairs there were same, stiff, hard in the back, too flat or short on toes, the BRIO30001 pair with a little ribbon and slight squared toe tip is the only pair I've seen with soft padding in all the right places while keeping the elegant (non sporty or granny) look. I'd love if there was more choice of ballerinas with this type of softer inside and comfort, as well as lightweight and not too stiff.

Excellent customer service

My order didn't arrive. I emailed customer service and received the most amazing response... a professional, polite, no quibble refund (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend!)
Excellent customer service. Gold star to Pavers and to their wonderful employees.

Nice sandals, but too wide

I was pleased with the style and comfort of the sandals, but even with swopping for a smaller size they are too wide.
I will need insoles which is not what I wanted.
They would be excellent for those with wide feet, but as far as I know they weren't described as being wide.

Wrong labels given for returns for the…

Wrong labels given for returns for the post office who do not accept. When taking to the sorting office to send which post office advised to do no proof of postage given. Unhelpful customer service when reporting

Sue's Super Sales Sunday

Despite a heavy footfall yesterday afternoon, Sue at the Percy Thrower’s Pavers was several feet ahead of the game, selling pairs of shoes like they had gone out of fashion. My wife purchased not only one pair, but three pairs of very smart ladies shoes, whilst Sue said I looked the bees knees in a pair of Sketchers Sport which I duly purchased. So she not only sold us a total of four pairs of shoes, in under three quarters of an hour, but we also bought Ultimate Nano Protector and Metallic Gel. Super saleswoman Sue was a foot in front of where she could be expected to be on a busy May Sunday. It truly was Sue’s Super Sunday Show.

Great service at Pavers, Polhill garden centre, Sevenoaks.

I bought a pair of slippers for 91 year old mother last Saturday.
They were too big, so I returned on Monday to change.
Throughout our experience at the Pavers shop within Polhill Garden Centre Sevenoaks, we received 1st class service.

It's so refreshing to receive attentive, cheerful andprofessionally trained staff that wanted to help when we looked around.

The exchanged slippers fit a treat!

Expensive mistake

The Ducati boots looked different in the picture, they were much more shiny in real life, and they were also massive. I'm normally a 6, but these size sixes were enormous and had to be returned. Of course you have to pay postage to return them so I hope this review saves someone else the expense!

Been waiting for over 2 weeks for my…

Been waiting for over 2 weeks for my sandles to be delivered. Contacted Pavers to be told that my item was not in the warehouse so had to be recalled from a store, and told to wait another 7-10 days. Emailed again today to be told that the sandles had been "lost in transit '. What a waste of time. Unfortunately Pavers customer services doesn't exist , the company should work harder in keeping their customers up to date with the orders. Wont use again or recommend .sorry NOT SORRY

Wrong size sent!

I feel a bit upset at scoring it at 1 star but I believe when you order a Size 10 shoe the supplier should despatch a size 10!
The Lorien light slip on trainers I paid for came as a Size 9.
Rather than mess about sending them back I ended up selling them to a friend of mine for less than I paid for them.
I kept ignoring requests to submit a review rather than send back a low score but I keep getting requests to send a review which I also would rather ignore so think that I’d rather spend part if my holiday time responding just to stop further review requests.
