After a few enquiries regarding late arriving orders we started an investigation with Royal Mail. Yesterday we heard that several items dispatched from our warehouse were being held at the local depot of random "fraud weight checks".
Unfortunately Royal Mail did not inform us of this.

Tried shoes on in store and ordered to be delivered to my home. Arrived and fitted nicely. The only downside was that DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address. The second parcel was delivered by Royal Mail and was delivered to my home. I suggest you ONLY use Royal Mail

I placed an order for my shoes. First order received in 3 days. This is second time I placed an order.
Recent order placed on 2nd may. No information,no tracking , no explanation. Now I am sitting in the aeroplane. Travelling to home country with out new shoes

Your order was placed on Saturday 2nd May and dispatch/tracking information sent to the email provided on Monday 5th May. We do not dispatch from our warehouse over the weekend.
We received an email from you on Wednesday 7th May to say you had not received our order. We responded on Thursday 8th May to let you know we were trying to establish the meaning of the tracking information.
At this stage we would be unable to guarantee delivery before Saturday if we resent your order.
Unfortunately Royal Mail won't look into missing deliveries until at least 10 days have passed.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you and we wish you safe travels.

More variety please…
A little early to say how ShoeMed did on this occasion as I will be returning the shoes today... the reason, unlike all the Finn Comfort I have previously bought, this pair are the most uncomfortable. Also, I really wish that ShoeMed were more adventurous and colourful with what they stock. I bought my first boots from their Canterbury store in 2018 and have continued to buy from them online, but if only there was more Finn Comfort choice and not as much Joya! As someone who desperately needs comfortable shoes I seriously do not want them to be boring.

We'd like more colourways too! Unfortunately we are bound by the manufacturers and their minimum order quantities.
I note from your records that your previous Finn Comforts shoes/boots have all been on a Finnamic sole unit, your recent purchase was a Piccadilly which is on the Trendline sole unit. This may account for why you do not find this as comfortable.
Our SS26 Finn Comfort collection is one of our best and offers a great deal of variety especially with our Anniversary specials!
