Do not trust advertisements from this company

I ordered the Pilot SNPY Garden WindmillI ordered the and was excited to receive it based on the appearance of the advertisement. It clearly appears to be a full “3-D“ model that is made of metal. Unfortunately, what I received is a 2-D flat model that appears nothing like the one that they are advertising! When I reached out to the company. The response I received was “ that is how we make them so it is easy for the customers to put together“. My response to the company was if that is what they look like then that is how you should advertise them because this is clearly false advertisement based on the picture versus what the customer receives! I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company based on their “deceptive“ advertising. Additionally, they show high ratings for each item, but you cannot actually find the reviews anywhere on their webpages.

I ordered 4 months ago and I have not…

I ordered 4 months ago and I have not received my order. The customer service "Emily Parker" claimed that I have received a two items and I have to claim with USPS that I have not. The USPS tells me only the sender could make a claim. This is fraud, misrepresentation and shuld be reported to the authority.

Well to be quite honest this company is…

Well to be quite honest this company is scamming people. I took a chance on ordering what was advertised as a working model of a v-8 engine. What I received was hand painted plastic model of the model engine that was advertised. To be fair I read some unfavorable reviews of this company and paid 60 us dollars for a working model that sells for a couple thousand dollars on Prime. But this plastic badly painted not to scale model of a model that was already assembled is clearly not what is advertised and I did not receive any free gifts either. Yuck Shogue.

Avoid this fraudulent endangerment

Avoid this fraudulent company! They are fake, illegal and dangerous.

I don’t say this lightly. I wish I’d paid attention to all the bad reviews before giving them a chance. Their products are 100% not what they advertise on their website and they don’t accept responsibility or give refunds despite being presented with evidence. The good reviews presented on the site are entirely fake. Their whole site needs to be taken down at least, if not further legal action.

One of the products I purchased, their CubeFiend – Handmade Art Toy Meets Puzzle Monster was advertised as ‘A handcrafted fusion of visual storytelling and tactile fun, this wearable art toy is designed for dreamers, thinkers, and creators who crave something different. Every twist invites a journey through hand-painted landscapes, from graffiti jungles to dreamy galaxies.’ and so on. THIS IS LIES.

After many weeks wait, I received a very sad lump of badly painted static plastic with extremely sharp chipped corners. I actually cut myself opening the box. It does not have a single feature shown in the video. Video is fake.

On contacting the company they asked me to wait while they contacted the manufacturer, it all seemed plausible so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Weeks passed. I contacted again. They pretty much ignored the entire situation and offered me store credit.. Who would purchase from a site that sells random junk advertised as something entirely different? I requested refund. They said I had to return at my own cost. This was not acceptable, they had the photographs for proof, so I asked for a shipping note to cover the return. I’ve been stung before on return shipping costs to China. They refused and offered a 50% refund with an email worded like they were doing an unjustified moany customer a favour. That’s where we’re at now.

What really gets to me is the fact this site sells tools, medical products and toys for children, among other things. I can’t imagine what people receive and how much danger this company is putting people in.

I urge everyone considering shopping here to avoid for safety reasons. This isn’t about losing money, it’s about the endangerment from fraudulent suppliers.

I’m going to ensure to follow channels to report this crowd to higher authorities. It’s about time consumers were not put at risks from companies trying to skirt around grey areas. They wouldn’t be legally allowed trade in most counties and shouldn’t be allowed ship to them either.

Scam + you will not get your money back

The website promises you get your money back, no questions asked, zero risk…
IF you send the product back to: Hong Kong (not Bulgaria, which shows up on their -European visitor’s view).
Check how much is sending the knockoff, useless tool back?
Surprise: it’s more expensive than the product itself.
So the zero risk is for them, you won’t return what you bought from them.

Paypal protection cannot help you with this either, you just fell for their well prepared trap.
(plus you are waisting earth’s resources by now having an useless object that just reminds you how you’ve been scammed).

that star is actually a minus 10. I ordered 4 spatulas on 11/14, two weeks ago, nothing came. They send you an email w/tracking, but its bogus, no way to track your order. The phone number is bogus, says to send emails, bogus they donʻt return any communication. Iʻm calling my bank to make a scam complaint and get my money back.

MysticMoon Crystal Countdown

I bought a “MysticMoon - Reiki Crystal Halloween Countdown Box” for $40. The shipping came as expected. But this item was NOT as advertised. First of all, there’s only 24 days… Halloween has 31. Second of all, it was super light when I got the package. Crystals are not light. The first 4 days I got real crystals. The fifth day I got a 3D printed tower. I’ve gotten random charms too. Not as advertised at all. I emailed Shouge about this, and they said i could either return it for 100% refund or keep it and have a 25% refund. I’ve gotten other crystals out of it, even though small, so I opted to keep it and do the $9 back refund. I asked if I could write a review twice so others wouldn’t be scammed, but they never responded. I talked to Emily Parker specifically. The advertisement had huge crystals, towers, a bracelet, and some shaped pieces. I was very excited. So far, I’m pretty disappointed. I am, no doubt, happy with the real things I have got, but I was expecting every box to have a real crystal. Two have been beads, too. The rest are quite small. Don’t buy from this unless you’re willing to get somewhat scammed.

They will steal your money!!! RUN!!

RUN!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and never received a tracking number so I reached out to Emily from customer support who responded and said she was looking into it for me. However she never got back to me. I gave it a week before reaching out again for the tracking and good old Emily responded again saying so sorry for the inconvenience and how she’s looking into it, AGAIN! So now 4 more days later with no update I sent another email saying I just want my money back since you guys can’t seem to find my order and it’s clearly not getting shipped and Emily responded AGAIN with sorry for the inconvenience but we are looking into this and will update you soon.
So ya.. getting the same response 3 times in a row lets me know I’m not dealing with a real person and I pretty much got my money stolen from this site!! There is no Emily from customer service and they don’t have a phone number you can call to speak with anyone directly.. I got scammed by them so please don’t let this happen to you and stay away from these online thief's!!
