I would give it a “0” if possible. I ordered almost one month ago and still haven’t received my order! I have contacted them but they don’t have an answer for me. All they say is, I’m checking on it but no other response! I can’t get anywhere with this company. Big fat 0 for their response, their company and their products!

Placed order almost 2 weeks ago and it has not been dispatched. Forget this supplier if you want your goods in a timely manner

I ordered 2 items. Neither was as advertised on the website. The first electric ratchet was delivered as a cheap manual ratchet with low-quality sockets and some other pieces. I challenged it with PayPal and was refunded. The other was advertised as a Laser welder. At the time of purchase, there was a video clearly showing a welder. I received a soft soldering gun, which is not a welder. I challenged this also, but because they removed the video, PayPal would not refund me. This company is a fraud. DO NOT purchase anything

I bought an item. It was nothing like the photos and missing parts. There website says you can get a full refund when this happens, but the last in customer support is saying she will only give me a partial refund. Seems unfair considering Shogue are the ones responsible for the brands that sell on their website.

I ordered their pressure wand. It was missing one extension and not useable. Their promotional material claim a 24 foot reach! Turns out to be 9 feet! I’ve tried contacting their 24/7 customer service and haven’t got a response. Avoid this company!

48 hours later, I was contacted and asked why I wanted to return their product and send photos of their missing part. I replied what happened to their “no questions asked guarantee”? I’m waiting for a reply.

4 days later I wrote them again and pointed out their product is being sold on Amazon for less than half of their selling price. They wrote back and offered a 25% refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
