Top quality product, carefully designed for fit and function, and comes with lifetime warranty in case of airline damage. Worth the hefty price tag when compared to market alternatives.

The most important feature of a bike case is that the bike is protected. Since the case has clearly taken a beating during return flights and the bike is unharmed then it clearly does a good job.
The case is also very easy to move around.
One negative point - The Lugloc feature is useless in my experience and I have cancelled the trial subscription. My advice is not to bother getting it.

If you are lookng for 100% piece of mind whilst travelling with your bike this box is what you need. Very strong, well padded internally, remains upright when wheeling at the airport (unlike others I've used), will take you about 2mins to pack. If this goes wrong it probably means your mode of transport have blown up or sunk! :-)

My Shokbox has been used on many transatlantic flights since it was purchased and has performed to the expected standard. On my most recent the TSA in USA managed to break off 1 of the combination locks. After contacting Martin and his team a replacement was sent out within 24 hours. Great service from them.

Our bike box from Shokbox is great, we have had it for a year now used it many times. Even better though is the customer service supplied by Martin and his team. We had an issue with a lock failing and Martin sorted the problem in double quick time as the box was needed immediately after the problem arose.
