Good service
Part failed to turn up. So Anglian sent a replacement. Of course then the original turned up. So now I have two!

Initial order of replacement window…
Initial order of replacement window handle was damaged on delivery and did not receive the order. Reordered and the incorrect finish was supplied (white but ordered chrome), third time was successful.

On initial contact most unhelpful and then despatch from order was very slow 5 days. The handles themselves were very good. The humans involved were not very good.
