In about ten days you still were not…
In about ten days you still were not able to deliver me my order. In the same period i received stuff from philippines and zurich on an average of 4-5 days including custom clearance.
Courier tracking cites “unsufficient address” whereas the order confirmation i received from you shows my address perfectly complete. This has been a mess!

Excellent service
Honestly, the best service I have ever had, they were fast in the replies and always kept up with me to give me the best answers and solutions, absolutely incredible. In addition, that is the second time im purchasing at Aston Martin, furthermore, the products are extremely high quality and the delivery is really fast, im really greateful with the experience I had. In the other hand, I really think the website could provide more clearly informations that the products (depending on the region) mostly will be taxed before it’s final delivery, the lack of this information in the main purchase page is really an issue.

Lovely bottle, excess packaging
While the bottle itself is lovely, it came packaged in a box much larger than itself. The bottle is packed in a small aquame box. This box was then placed in a much larger box packed with some crumpled up brown paper to cushion and protect it. However, there wasn't enough of this brown paper to protect the water bottle box from being damaged, and the outermost box itself was extensively damaged in transit.
