I ordered three pairs of “heavy” period…

I ordered three pairs of “heavy” period pants and opened one pack to try them. They’re ridiculously thick—like wearing a nappy—so bulky and obvious under clothes. I contacted customer service to arrange a return over a week ago and have had zero response. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Ordered from Marks & Spencer instead, £20 for 3 and they are amazing! Will have to contact my bank to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting.

Wrong items delivered - poor customer service

I got different items delivered and when I raised the issue (attaching the order and a picture of the items received), they told me that they would investigate what happened but after two weeks I have not heard anything from them.

Didn't received my order

Didn't received my order, and customer service didn't helped. Send my address and ask to send my order but my message was ignored, when I ask about my order after one week they ask my address again.. I send my address again and just get response that my case is closed. No confirmation that my order will be sent it to me or refund, nothing at all...

Absolutely dire - Avoid!!

Honestly, they have been so bad. I ordered 3 pairs of period pants, opened 1 and thought that the quality was poor, sizing wasn't great, and the gusset area felt like a nappy. I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to send them back (not worn BTW!), but they just keep sending emails about wanting a reason (given multiple times), follow a link for 1 pair, but an alternative route for other 2. And ultimately, I still haven't been able to send them back because they haven't given me the necessary information. It's like they just font want to refund the customer (a bit like a notable sports store that you go direct to!). Will never use them again, and have nothing good to say about them, their products, or their service.

Product is not fit for purpse

Product is not fit for purpse. Does not provide enough coverage at the front to prevent leakage. Can't even return because I opened all 3 pairs. Will never buy from this company again. Did men design these? Because it certainly looks like utter lack of understanding of the female anatomy. Don't waste your money.
Arrived in an envelope covered with a drawing of a flower made into a clitoris. Sent a complaint and was gaslighted that it's just an innocent flower. Well, I'm sure the male postie who handed me the parcel to my hand and smirked didn't think it was just a flower.

Absolutely shocking quality and unethical return policy

I wish I had read the reviews first... I had high hopes for this company and spent nearly £40 on three pairs of period underwear. What I received is UNWEARABLE, they look like diapers. The products look nothing like the website photos - online they appear sleek and flat, but in reality, the seams are bulky and the pad area is so thick it's more extreme than any heavy flow product I’ve ever used, and I only ordered light and moderate flow. I will bin them.

What’s worse is the return process. The underwear came in opaque paper bags, and apparently opening them voids your right to return. So… how are customers supposed to inspect the product to see that it doesn’t match the photos without opening them? This feels like a sneaky tactic, using opaque packaging so customers have no choice but to open it, then denying returns on that basis. It’s unethical, wasteful, and extremely disappointing.

I appreciate the mission behind period underwear, but this experience was honestly disheartening. The quality does not match the price, and the return policy feels like a trap. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from them.

Returning items is difficult

Fairly easy to see order but returning has been problematic. I have arranged to return one opened pair of underwear under the returns app on their system. I contacted customer service about how to return the other unopened items I have. I did get a response and was asked to reply if I needed a returns number and address but as yet I have not received a response or a refund for the other item. Not exactly impressed with the lack of communication sadly.

Disappointed

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of these period pants. The pyjama pants are great, although the padding is a little excessive. The period pants I purchased are definitely not the best, I bought the High Flow pants as I am a heavy bleeder but after a 2 hours I'm leaking through. The padding is so excessive, it feels like I'm wearing a nappy, they are super visible fmtjrough any clothes I wear and yeah, just all round disappointed.

Great service and product

Easy to use website. Excellent service, quick delivery and well packaged. Not convinced on the actual product, seems well enough made and good quality but for me the padded area doesn’t go up high enough at the front.
