Nice quality item - customer services missing in action

Placed an order for a hooded top (and 2 paddling trails) on 1st September. 10 days later still no confirmation for dispatch, I emailed again on 13th and on 14th email from the shop to say my item was on its way.
Item arrived on 16th and whilst the quality is very good (hence 2 stars overall review), it isn't the colour on the website. The photo on their shop page looks like a rich dark foresty green, and the top I received is a pastel yellowy-mint green which doesn't look very nice on me. I emailed the customer services contact address immediately to suggest I had been sent the wrong colour - no response. Email again 1 week later to say I dislike the colour and it wasn't what I ordered; no response, Email again 28th Sept clearly stating I would like to return this item - No response.
There is a customer services telephone number on this webpage for returns - no answer...
