Ordered a pair of earphones on August 31st,
Said Delivery 1-3 days, didn’t arrive so I put in a cancellation request which was ignored, after it said it would be dispatched after 28 days on my order. Will not be shopping with EE again. This is unacceptable.

Very happy with my new TV. I was amazed at the price and was a little doubtful but I am chuffed with my new smart UHD telly and the price made it even better !
Everything went as clockwork, inc the delivery and as I say, very happy

I received my new Toshiba television with all the extra bits included too. Arrived on time and delivered in great condition. Set up was easy with clear instructions, Great discounted price as well

Beware - misleading advertising! I purchased a grade A, Lenovo Tab M8 (4th Gen 2024) that was advertised as having 4Gb of RAM and 64Gb of inbuilt storage. I have saved a copy of the web page as proof. The item I received has 3Gb of RAM and 32Gb of inbuilt storage. The tablet is in good condition and works well, but the higher spec model would have worked much better and have accommodated more apps etc.

Ordered a TV on 26th sept and now it’s 6th October, online said would be delivered within 2-3 working days.. over a full week has now passed and still no sign of the tv. Received a email today from EE asking how they did..

Ordered JBL tune 670C headphones that were on sale from the EE store on 29 Sept. They arrived after a few days in excellent as described condition. Noise cancelling is excellent and they are a great all round headphone

Awful, bought used as new phone from them. It came with MDM lock with British Airways. Now I am going back and forth through the emails with slow replying customer support to arrange a return, and it is very "helpful" that they ripped the old EE store website, so I am struggling to even find my order now. Very bad experience, would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all cost!!!

I ordered some printer cartridges from EE Store online. Initially, I was ultra impressed, in that the cartridges arrived very quickly. However, once I put the cartridges into my printer a couple of months later, I found them to be very 'wishy-washy' in colour. Add to that they stopped working after just three months of use and after only getting about 50 copies out of the damn things!
I thought in the circumstances, it was worth an email to their customer service department - who incidentally boasted a reply within 2 days! I waited a week and heard nothing and so I sent in a reminder. Two days later, I received what I can only describe as the most patronising, idiotic reply, I had ever received from any company! The guy who responded was called Thomas. He either didn't want to provide, or couldn't spell his surname - Just Thomas! who instead of asking some questions about the usage/storage of the cartridges, decided to state the bleeding obvious!
I sent a further email to the CEO's office and received a call back from Keira, who for some odd reason, told me she couldn't instruct them to carry out any investigation. When I said, at the very least this guys manager should be alerted as to his staff members total lack of empathy and professionalism, she agreed and promised she would escalate the matter and would let me know the outcome. So far, I have heard nothing further!
Normally, I am the first to say, you get what you pay for in life. But, in this case, I would say shop around, and don't waste your money or time with this company!

Bought a open box return phone from the store. When it arrived it hasn't been checked and reset properly and was under control by British Airways who evidently returned it. Not even an apology from customer services for wasting my time or selling goods not fit for sale, when I contacted them to see if they could resolve the issue. Very poor

My experience wasn't good, unfortunately.
But the intervention during this catastrophe of Andrew was extremely good customer service. He was helpful and knowledgeable and worked away to solve the issue in a fantastic and efficient manner.
I have never had a negative experience whilst buying products from your company. This one was turning into a car crash but was soundly rescued by a quality member of staff.

Awful after sales service from the EE online store. The TV was delivered to the house, the delivery company wouldn't wait for the TV to be opened. Immediately upon opening it was clear that the TV was damaged as the screen was not flush to the bottom of the plastic surround, which had come away from the screen. There are several clear gaps that expose what should be adhered to the screen. I duly completed the online return due to damage request which requires adding codes and uploading photos. There is no option to call. I received one automated acknowledgement and a further email which says: 'Many thanks for providing the images, however I am struggling to see the damage to the TV you are reporting. 'I can there is a plastic film that runs along the edge of TV which needs removing and have attached a image to show you what I mean.'
I have since responded with several emails to zero response. The images clearly show the damage to the TV. Is this a tactic of EE? I've suggested a video call, a phone call and simply asked how I can have a replacement/refund - zero response or acknowledgement 4 days on and counting.
I would absolutely not recommend EE online store to family and friends. Perhaps an EE representative will see this and offer an option of how to progress....

I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch.
When it arrived it was already locked to another user and so I had to return it.
There was no apology, requesting a return took 2 days and I was told it might take another 10 days after they receive it before I get a refund.
I won’t be using them again

Website was easy to use. Product arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
