Had issues with my bank authorising the payment multiple times which was very frustrating but thankfully EE store assistants were very understanding and helpful to reprocess my order multiple times until the banks allowed. Apparently mobile phone transactions are heavily regulated due to high fraud by the banks but surely after you have authorised and approved it multiple times its a joke. In any case I got my new phone very promptly and the EE experience itself was seamless no problem.

I ordered a PS5 Pro, which was at the best price I could find online. The ordering process was quick and simple and I received my order within 2 days of purchase. Very, very happy.

I was looking for iPhones. A confusing phone with so many series and even the clearance models were expensive.
Smart TVs on offer provide a more manageable spend within budget.
When I’m ready to buy a new TV I will certainly check out EE

Provided for free by BT so my phone doesn't need to be attached to the Broadband hub with the coming changeover. Delivered on time by the Post Office with full tracking.

My order was despatched but has been lost by Parcelforce. It has been impossible to speak to anyone at EE about this as all the teams who answer the phone can do is fill in a web form requesting someone from the Social Media team emails the customer. I have done this several times now and haven't received any response. I've attempted to refund the order, but it's the same web form and no one ever replies.

I'm really shocked at how non-existent the customer service is and it's been such a stressful situation that I will never use EE for anything again.

The item I purchased was delivered damaged. With in the packaging was a note about how the item was damaged so the warehouse employees clearly knew it was damaged before shipping it. To make matters worse EE then made returning the item very difficult and therefore hard to get a refund.

Never buy anything from them.

The product, a gaming chair, was superb qulaity for an unbeatable price. Ordering it was a different matter and I spent the best part of 2 hours one night trying to place, pay and receive confirmation of my order with various glitches seeming to hamper my purchase. Maybe the product was so popular that the online cogs were turning very slowly. Anyway, we got there in the end and it won't stop me shopping at EE again...although I wouldn't be impressed if I had the same trouble spending my money in future.

Digital Voice adaptor recommended. Ordered and it arrived. I image that is how EE want it to work?
Still waiting for them to send a return envelope for their Mini Hotspot that didn’t provide what they said and didn’t work. Talk Talk are very good.

Nothing arrived, was sent and scanned by Royal Mail but nothing delivered. When contacted was told to get in touch with Royal Mail.....So far, no results

Very pleased with my purchase and fast delivery

The order was placed and paid for in early July 2025. After placing and paying for the product I was informed that the product would be delivered within 3-4 days - this did not happen - instead I received the product on 26th August 2025 (approximately 6 weeks later).

The order process was fine, but delivery tracking seemed unbelievably complicated. Instead of an email or text with tracking details, I got a phone call which I found hard to understand. On the store.ee website there was no phone no. to contact. Only by ringing back the mobile number which called me was I able to confirm delivery and a time slot. Your system needs to be improved.

Customer service, Poor EE purchased one otter case for Phone arrived in a plastic bag the returns process was extremely poor you even have to write your own return address no returns label offered no paperwork in the package no customer service telephone number won’t be purchasing my new iPhone from EE

Just ordered and received a ‘free’ wi-fi plug for the forthcoming change from a landline. Haven’t yet installed it but to have to pay £9.99 for delivery for a mandatory update is just not honest!

Initially and naturally, the price ! Did a price comparison and this was easily the lowest. Communication was terrific, confirmation emails, delivery scheduling, all faultless, would use this company again.
