When i received my product there was no one in 2 chemists next to each other to show me how to use it. Very disappointed

All staff members here are lovely, very knowledgeable and patient. I feel lucky to have found this so close to where I live. I primarily go for hbot, but have also spoken to the pharmacists and have nothing but shining praise for all of them. I’m keen to explore their other unlicensed therapies as the team seem to really know their stuff and to genuinely care about getting the best treatments for the patient. They’ve brought me hope for a healthier, easier future and I’m looking forward to seeing where it takes me.

Fantastic service very well mannered and educated

Terrible service, I arranged a consultation for 10am, but no call, took another 2 1/2 hours and 2 calls to store before I got my consultation call. Then I went to pick up prescription as I had been told it was ready for uplift, and the store had the item,but the actual prescription had not been sent through by the online consultant so it couldn’t be issued. It took another 3 calls to the Rutherglen store and a 40 minute wait for them to scan the script and send to the store. My prescription was initially scanned to someone who was on a day off rather than sent to the generic email address for the store. Unbelievably bad service and ridiculous amount of time taken to get something that should have been done in 15 minutes. Staff at the Cambuslang store were exceptionally helpful but the telephone service and ordering process badly need reviewed.

Lack of data protection

I went to pick up prescription after ordering on phone it took assistant long time to find it 4 people in the area and had to give full address then read out my card details twice to pay as no card machine uncomfortable with this so in future I’ll be using delivery service

At 1st then information wasn't too clear about my consultation. When I received it said Skype. Also there was no update about my consultation being late no one contacted me to explain this I only found out when I called my local rutherglen Dickson pharmacy. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. Also when I 1st picked up my monthly product the boy at reception explained everything in detail which was good ..

I had an okay experience with Dicksonchemist. There were some positives, like the friendly and helpful staff, especially Claire, who made the hyperbaric oxygen treatment process easy to understand and comfortable. However, the service was inconsistent—delivery took longer than expected, and there were issues with my address on their system, though this was resolved quickly after a call. While some staff were kind and professional, others seemed to lack proper customer service skills. Mixed feelings overall, so I’d rate them 3 stars.

Dickson Chemist are a great team. I needed to call them and they were super reassuring, have a great system, excellent prices and I will be using them for all I can moving forward.

Poor customer service, extremely unprofessional stay away.
This chemist was processing payments without my authorisation even tough I requested for my card not to be save on their system. When I complaint they completely ignore it until they realised I was not going away. They seem not to care, it made me wonder if they treat their customers like that because they are sick or elderly without the will to pursue a complaint.

I never leave reviews but I felt I had to with my experience of Dickenson Chemist as it has been the most outstanding service.

I have a recent diagnosis for Classic Elhers Danlos Syndrome. The EDS website recommended LDN. My GP had told me I would not be able to get an NHS prescription for this.

I was very confused by the outset about ordering this. I read a review recommending Dickenson Chemist and the person said they had always had a really good experience.

I had called them multiple times with the most stupid of questions prior to my consultation and found their customer service always to be excellent. I felt I could really trust their service.

The consultation was very good experience and if I had any questions that I could have raised them. I was given the information I needed to start this course of treatment. I was a very anxious customer!

I emailed a question very late Sunday evening and the email was responded to shortly after 8am Monday morning with someone that sounded very human.

The order was completed late on Sunday and I got my medication on Wednesday so I am very happy with the delivery time.

They have been one of the best retail experiences I have found in a very long time. We are not used to paying outside the standard fee for prescriptions in the UK so it all seemed very strange to me and I was baffled from the outset about where to begin.

I'm happy with the pricing structure also. It seems really reasonable, I had no idea how much something like this would cost so I was anxious that it would be far more expensive than what it turned out to be.
