I recently bought an ex demo/rental bike from ESC. Was told the bike was in great condition by the owner and subsequently store manager, but when i finally received the bike it wasn't so. The bike had crashed before with scratch marks all over and worst of all the interface system of the shifter was broken and the bike would not shift at all. Then the blame game started. Fortunately the situation got doused and handled very professionally by a staff named Sara. Finally about a month later i got a replacement interphase unit. If it had not been for Sara, i would have given these guys no stars. Thank you Sara. Keep up the good work.

I had direct contact with the owner and was pleased to buy a high-quality product at a fair price. I would recommend this shop to friends or anyone looking for expert advice.

Not exactly convinced by the eat sleep cycle experience.
Communication was definitely not easy before buying, I sent emails, texted, and called the shop several times before getting an answer. The information I was given was wrong, the size of the bike and its weight were not correct. I managed to have the right information after speaking with 3 different persons.
After the payment, It took more than two weeks to get my bike ready before shipping it. I called and emailed without getting an answer. Then, the delivery took nearly two other weeks, I noticed the transporter never picked up the bike and had to tell eat sleep cycle to double check.
Finally, when receiving the bike, it was very dirty, with mud everywhere. The tape was in very bad shape, and the derailleur hanger was nearly broken, I had to replace it. For a bike that I was told was in "very good condition" I would have expected a bit more care. It's still a good deal but I won't buy again at this shop and would not recommend it to people that don't know how to fix bikes, it took me about two days to clean it all and fix all the little things.

Avoid this company. I booked a hire bike from them, but more than the contracted 31 days prior to the hire, had to cancel. Despite repeated emails, requesting a refund, no reply from the company and no refund. Very poor and unresponsive service when something goes wrong that forces a change to plans. In my opinion, hiring from them is not worth the risk given the amounts of money involved. Issue is now with the credit card company.

Large selection of bikes, great prices and free fedex shipping. I ordered a frame, the guys did not put cable plugs. I texted them on WhatsApp, my request was always forgotten and ignored, but in the end, a few months later, manager Mike contacted me and sent them on the same day.

I ordered a bike 28 Dec. The Manager Mike helped a lot, guided through process and supported all requests. The bike was sent to Cyprus very quickly by FedEx, and arrived in less than 2 weeks. I'm happy!

Super easy communication before placing the order, maybe because I was about to buy a full bike? Cause then they forgot to ship couple of things together with the bike and immediately became difficult to reach. We closed the deal with a refund after few reminders.
The bike, being an ex demo, has a few small signs of use but nothing significant, all in all I am very happy with the purchase!

Update: after another reminder, the refund has been sent

I am sorry to say I am very disappointed. After my order was shipped, I was informed, one of the items was no longer available and that I will receive a refund for the item. To this day, I have not received my money back, even after sending out multiple reminder emails.
Moreover, the rest of the order was in a horrible state- items were not in individual bags, not folded, and all wrinkled. I was promised a discount/a voucher for the inconvenience, also nothing.
