I stumbled across Fuzzball on Social Media, and because I hadn’t heard of them before I was skeptical but they offer trial package so I gave it a go. I noticed that the ‘top quality’ food I was giving my cats at the time had 15-20% less meat than Fuzzball and once I saw how much my cats loved their trial box, I straight away switched to Fuzzball.
I hope that more people learn about them as they are a still a small business but their food is great and I love their designs and style. It’s also really nice that they send personalised messages of thanks.

Amazing customer service, they’re proactive and more than happy to help with anything. The online account portal is easy to use and most importantly my 2 are obsessed with fuzzball food! I have a fussy eater with a very sensitive tummy and this is the best food for her. The vet even asked what food they were on as their coats are so shiny, couldn’t fault it!

Great food, my cat loves it and is getting much more healthy since having Fuzzballs for the past year.
The service is also great, with regular updates and great branding details.

Paid for a trial box, no email confirmation, no email to notify of shipment, nothing. Cant log into account because it’s not sending a verification code to my email or phone number. Double checked and have paid for trial. Messaged them via website 5 days ago, no reply. Seems like a scam. Very pissed off.

update, contacted them a second time via website, still no reply and still unable to log in to cancel subscription, why the hell would I keep it when I didn’t even get the trial box I paid for. They have also not bothered to respond to review.

Really glad we tried Fuzzball - we initially did the trial and now have a monthly subscription. Our two cats absolutely love both the chicken and the chicken & duck food. They are always excited for meal time and come running as soon as they hear the sound of a can opening 😂

I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the food and how much our cats enjoy it. They love the treats too!

I love the cat litter, is easy to clean and with odour eliminating, and my cat is happy because is dust free so she is not sneezing

I have been using the tofu litter for a few months now, in combination with the catsan natural litter. I use two bags of the fuzzball tofu litter per box, and then some of the catsan. it seemed to work well as a combination as the litter being mainly tofu litter doesn't track nearly as much.
however, june was the first month i decided to go all 100% with the fuzzball litter. it has not hidden the scent nearly as well as when I did a combo. in fact, i will say this month my flat has literally been smelling entirely of cat - I scoop at least once a day and vacuum everyday. nothing in my cleaning routine has changed other than using 100% tofu litter, so it is definitely the reason for this change in smell in my flat.
I have two litter boxes, so four bags of tofu litter in total a month. For £36 a month, I would expect to have the litter be adequate enough to not add another brand just to have my house not smell of cat urine. Probably will still purchase in the future as the UK does not have many brands that do tofu litter, but I wish the price would either be lowered, the bags bigger so I didn't have to purchase 4 bags a month, or the quality to be better.

I have spent years searching for some of the best brands of cat food for my cat, but each had their own issues. untamed's meat content wasn't high enough for the price & i was really unhappy with the raw phosphates in some of their cat food. i stumbled across fuzzball completely by accident & was immediately drawn in as their meat content is over 70%, there's low carbs, high fat content, no fillers, no artificial flavours, sugars or junk. just simple ingredients, all of which I could understand; upon messaging them on a Sunday to see if there was a catch to their brand, i was surprised when they responded to me within an hour & answered all my questions coherently & with full transparency. ordered my trial box the same day & within a couple days it arrived in fantastic & unique packaging. my cat LOVES the full variety of food & I am always so content upon opening the can & inspecting it to find real chunks of meat. the cans are all recyclable & are much easier to scoop the food out of compared to other brands. my cat Smore seems much happier, more affectionate & more playful. her fur is smoother & silkier. I'm extremely happy with this brand & will make be making a permanent switch. definitely one of the more premium brands in the UK & worth every penny.

I recently bought their freeze dried cat treats from TikTok shop and I’ve been very impressed! Fast delivery and all three of my cats (even the very fussy ones) love them as they are 100% chicken/salmon! Highly highly recommend!

Hands down, best cat food subscription service so to date! My cats love it (they turn their nose up at anything with jelly in it and they love this food because it doesn't have the jelly!). I love that when I open the can, the food looks like what it says on the tin and not generic brown stuff! The branding and packaging is awesome too and the team are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for your little Fuzzballs!

Delivery and dispatch was very fast. I did have a problem. As soon as customer service knew of it they sorted it out staight away.

I’ve tried a few different subscription pet foods, but Fuzzball is by far the best. Ordering is so easy, and I never have to worry about running out. The food itself is amazing, 75% protein and made from top-quality ingredients. Chana absolutely loves it!

Customer service is also fantastic, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. It’s great to find a company that really cares. Highly recommend!

My cat won't touch the food even if he's acting like he's starving to death, but that's entirely fair - to each their own. However the size of the cat litter is ridiculous, it can barely cover the bottom of a regular sized litter box which leaves my cat spending about 4x longer just digging and scraping at it. Finally, you gave chosen literally the words delivery service and you don't allow it to be left in a safe space. I was supposed to get it on Monday, it's Thursday and it's lost in transit. (The only reason I'm still even getting a second delivery is because I wasn't notified to cancel after the trial)
