Good company

I bought a Playstation 5 bundle and it was delivered very quickly (within 48 hrs). In the end I had to return it as it was no longer required by myself. The return process went smooth and although they were busy so took a bit of time to come back to me they had excellent customer service and really pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and intend to buy again here.

Gamebyte legends

Gamebyte are an amazing company to buy games from. I’ve bought a a few games with them now like Elden ring, pokemon Arceus, fifa 22 and the games are cheaper then anywhere else. Also delivery time is so quick. I can’t rate gamebyte any better. I would recommend to everyone. But at the same time I don’t because I wouldn’t want to many people buying the games or they will be out of stock 😂😂

The game that never was

I placed an order any received confirmation email but have received no game.I contacting the customer service and received no response. I’ve check my junk folder n everything. Would not recommend

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!! I preordered Elden Ring for PS5 and the confirmation email ended up in spam folder. I thought Gamebyte did not send me the email, so I contacted customer service, Ella emailed back swiftly confirming me preorder had been received and re sent the original confirmation. She also suggested checking the spam folder! I now look forward to receiving my pre order of PS5 Elden Ring Collector's Edition. They are the only shop with with this still available to pre order.

I wish I had listened to my instincts

I wish I had listened to my instincts. I pre ordered the new Horizon Dawn game on PS5. Received email on Wednesday to say it had shipped. This email did not include a tracking ref.. its now Friday and Launch day and no game. I would not recommend.

Whilst we do aim for all pre-orders to be shipped in enough time to arrive on release day, we do disclaim that arrival on release day is not guaranteed. This is in case of any delays within the postal service which are beyond our control here at GameByte and may affect the arrival time of your order.

Royal Mail have issued a disclaimer on their website that the current Storm Eunice is impacting their services and may cause a delay in their delivery timescales. I've dropped a link below to their website, in case you wanted to take a look at this in more detail!

Was worried about them being a bit of a…

Was worried about them being a bit of a scam but their prices were good so I thought i’d take a punt and order Dying Light 2. I am yet to receive my order, have been told it has been delivered & been told to chase it up with Royal Mail myself. How the hell am I to get my money back from Royal Mail?! High chance this is a scam site. Please beware!!!

Can't lie

Can't lie i was scared that this was a scam company but then i took a risk and pre-order Pokémon Legends: Arceus from them .I was delighted when it arrived in time . So i guess they are ok

Ordered for the first time on Gamebyte, was very reluctant to do so however I’m glad I’ve been proven wrong. I had helpful email updates and my item arrived on time.
