A position Kelsey experience

I had a problem re-hewing my subscription to Model Boats. I was contacted by a wonderfully attentive lady named Katie. Although she wasn’t able to solve my problem, I was completely satisfied with her efforts. She was polite, caring and most knowledgeable. Because of her, I will subscribe again in the future.

Charlotte made the process anxiety free!

Charlotte made the experience great! Charlotte's patience, knowledge, follow up to the customer makes her valued to the customer and valuable to Kelsey Media. One of my issues of ME & W was lost in…

One of my issues of ME & W was lost in the pipeline, and not received after a month; normally within 10 days, it arrived at my address. I sent an email to Kelsey and a very kind woman, Katie, promised me to send me another issue, which will reach me within 10 days.
I am a subscriber since 1978, from MAP to Kelsey. After receipt I will thank Katie for her friendly help !

Because sometimes things go wrong.

Sometimes an issue might get lost in the post and not arrive.

It rarely happens, but when it does Kelsey Media send a replacement immediately.

I've been subscribing to World Soccer for over 10 and will continue to do so.

The service from Kelsey Media is excellent.

Good Company to deal with…

Very pleased with orders i have made previously at very reasonable prices for Magazines. Recently contacted Kelsey to cancel one subscription and they dealt with this immediately. Excellent customer service, straightforward and no hassle. Very pleased

Excellent magazines and pleasure to deal with

Having ordered a number of magazines and books from Kelsey Media I have found the products to be not only well written but also nicely designed and laid out.
Orders from their website have arrived quickly, and when I have contacted their customer services their communication has been responsive, friendly and very helpful. They're a pleasure to deal with.
