Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. From the demo ride ( not easy to find) to delivering in person to the midlands at 9pm to avoid me having to wait ages for the transport company. Awesome service

Never suggest this place

I recently took my Sportster in for its 10,000-mile service. Following the service, the engine began cutting out while I was riding, creating a serious safety concern and leaving me in an unreliable and potentially dangerous situation.

Believing that the issue would be rectified, I took the bike from London to Guildford. However, despite the problem arising immediately after the service, I was charged again for further work, yet the original issue remains unresolved. I certainly did not expect to receive another substantial bill without the fault being fixed.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and the way my complaint has been handled. Had I known that the issue would not be properly diagnosed and resolved, I would have taken the bike to a reputable local garage instead.

As a Harley-Davidson dealership charging premium prices and presenting itself as a specialist service provider, I expected a much higher standard of workmanship and customer care. The bike should have been thoroughly checked after the initial service, and any issues should have been identified and corrected before being returned to me.

Instead, I have had to make three separate trips to Guildford, wasting both my time and money, while the problem with the bike remains unresolved.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Great dealership

Picked up my 2023 speed triple 1200 rs yesterday off Idir Babaci . Great service ran me through everything , very knowledgeable and helpful . Thoroughly recommend this dealership and its staff

I bought a used softail standard from…

I bought a used softail standard from Gabriel and the team , they took the time to make us welcome , not pushy or over the top explaining all the options and then leaving us to decide what to do, even making coffee for us , not into the Harley scene really but the bikes are what I enjoy. Well done and worth checking out

Yesterday I visited Guildford Harley Davidson. As always, the staff were professional, thoughtful and good fun. I just felt it was about time recognition was given, as they have looked after the bike I bought from them, and they have maintained it for years now. Many thanks.
