Had a great experience at Triumph

Had a great experience at Triumph , I brought my daughter along last weekend coming back from the play park and as I was passing Triumph I said shall we go and have a look.....silly mistake...I couldn't afford a new bike but looked at the used ones, Vincent kindly pulled a new explorer out so I could sit on it. I was pleased to find it felt lighter than my GS... Luckily there was a second hand explorer around the price I could afford...so thinking over a week I popped round on a Friday after work and put a deposit down...Sunday picked up the explorer. Thanks to Vincent at Triumph for finalising the paperwork...You should have never had let me sit on the bike!..Thanks to Dave Lilley for organising Sunday's bash, lots of triumphs and a free bacon butty.

I had a good experience with LIND…

I had a good experience with LIND (shop). The customer service stood out for being responsive and helpful, resolving issues smoothly. While a mix-up with sizes occurred, they arranged quick returns via DPD. The quality gear delivered was as expected, well-packaged, and even came with a lovely touch—a small bag of sweets. Cheers!

For the ride triumph cap 🧢 …

Test ride also new triumph cap 🧢 for the ride logon John was polite and help full the same as the rest of the team clothes expensive etc because I want a leather triumph jacket 🧥 be safe everyone without prejudice 🏍🇬🇧💪🦉

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. I just bought a cap using my Lind Miles to pay for part of it. The cap arrived in a couple of days well packaged. I have bought several things for my Triumphs from Lind and always get the same good service.

Fast delivery and reasonably priced

I bought some screen brackets and Triumphs crash spindles from LIND. The price was very reasonable when compared like for like against other suppliers Their communication was spot on and kept me updated on when it was arriving and was delivered as stated do very happy

Lack of adequate communication.

I listed 4 new genuine Rolls-Royce parts on ebay for £4. They were sold and I was instructed to post to Guildford Harley Davison by a Lord Robert who, at the time, I took to be possibly the owner. Soon after they were delivered to the firm, I noticed that I had been given a Negative Feedback. I did get two phone calls from their office from “ Robert “ and it became clear that he had not read the description properly. He agreed to liaise with Ebay to remove the feedback but never did. I only delivered to Guildford Harley Davidson promptly because I knew of the firm. I subsequently spoke to their Mr. Presley who said he would speak to the staff member about it.
